2012 Birthday Project total--hold on to your hats!
Amazing, isn't it? We will be able to provide water systems for five Navajo families, with some money left over to help Project Pueblo with transportation costs, too!
The spreadsheet with your names is many pages long, so I will just say Thank you so much! to each and every one of you who donated to this year's Birthday Project--you have made this the most successful in the Zone's history! I guess Johnny Depp brings out the best in all of us.
Cheers to JD and to all of you--let's celebrate!

FINALLY! I've been checking all day long, waiting with bated breath, to see the grand total! I couldn't be happier that it exceeded the five water systems mark of $7500!! FANTASTIC!! And with some left over even! How great is that?!
WAY TO GO, ZONERS!!!!
But.....where did the 37 cents come from??

I am on the verge of tears of happiness, what we have all acheived to help Navajo families get clean water (which they should get as clean water is a right and this makes me feel so ashamed that they can't ) is nothing short of amazing
This is the first birthday project I have had the pleasure of being a participant of and I am beyond humbled that our little community can do such an amazing thing in the spirit of a most humble/inspiring individual as Mr Johnny Depp
I feel so proud of us all
So I will say to each and everyone of us, and say.
I LOVE US ALL , AND I LOVE Johnny FOR BEING THE INSPIRATION THAT HE CONTINUES TO BE

Words alone cannot express my appreciation and happiness at what we achieved for this year's birthday project. You are all wonderful people anyway, but your generosity is beyond the norm. Zoners are simply the best. For those that couldn't give, I'm pretty sure that like me, most of us gave with you in mind as well. Pats on the back for all of us!

Re: 2012 Birthday Project total--hold on to your hats!
(well I am holding onto my hat ), such an amazing total and it's unbelievable that we surpassed last years final amount. A huge well done to all that made this possible and the biggest 'Thank you' is saved for you PtP and Theresa, without you there wouldn't have been a project to donate to. We clicked on a button but you both worked so hard putting all this together.

Great news. Probably from overseas money that got converted into dollars.
I have nothing to do and all day to do it in.

Horray!
I too was checking all yesterday, dying to know what the total was! That's just amazing! It's my first time contributing, too (obviously) and I feel so proud to be a part of something so amazing and inspiring!

It comes from currency conversions, I assume. If people have donated £10 or €20 or whatever, it will be converted into whatever dollars and random centsCyn wrote: But.....where did the 37 cents come from?? :biglaugh:

Nothing short of amazing! I'm so proud to be a part of this website!
