Just an FYI. I’ve got 6 hrs in surgery on Monday (4th July), hospital through to Friday and radiation starts about 5 weeks later (5 days a week for 6 weeks), so I don’t know how much input I will be contributing for a few months. I will try to keep up, but can’t promise to post. I have not abandoned the fight.

It all looks quite survivable (an SCC skin cancer, removed almost a year ago, that spread to a single lymph node underneath, on my neck between my ear and jaw). Pretty simple - slice’n’dice and nuke after. Although I hate to name names (well, not really), Lbock - your strength and energy throughout has been a personal inspiration.

I am sure the default from my friends and fellow zoners will be well wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery, so it doesn’t need to be said. That will save Theresa the need to clean-up and relocate OT posts to prevent clogging the thread. Feel free to DM if you want and I will try to reply before I go under.

I know you guys and Johnny’s team will get through any AH leftovers and Brooks issues without me, so I’ll catch you all on the other side of those roaring rapids (maybe bobbing up for air every now and then).
Take care amd much hugs. Putting my mind elsewhere unrelated to me health or family really helped ❤️❤️❤️

Far easier done than I expected. AH does not stop and there will be much to follow for some time, plenty to keep me busy. Nate's comments in the link you provided above just highlights this. Like the TMG and H&B trials, the VA trial will be causing ripples for some time (he suggested Federal law changes).

I also wonder about the future of Anti-SLAPP laws in CA. If JD (now judged innocent) can obtain justice in VA, in an open, public trial, but probably couldn't even get to trial in CA, what does that say about justice? There is of course also the growing undercurrent to review the UK verdict....

Thanks also to Gypsyblues :)

Sorry for the double post, I'd like to say over here in the UK Heard is a complete laughing stock..out of every 100 comments about three are supporting her, many of her critics are DA victims themselves and have no time for her. She's lost. Period. :cloud9:

I uploaded a youtube video/live stream regarding Amber Heard's new motion to reconsider.

One of the claims was that no one could take the SA title to be against Johnny. Well, I remembered that I did and why. I've included articles and Johnny's first witness statement that Amber Heard KNEW she was going to be NGN/The Sun's "cruicial" witness and she was claiming that Johnny would sue her if she testified because of the confidentiality clause.

Johnny filed that he would allow her to testify. This all happened in November 2018 - before she wrote her OpEd.

I believe fully, that OpEd was retaliation to Johnny regarding his GQUK article (she sued via arbitration in Oct 2018 and lost).

And I always believed that SA title was intended "Johnny, drop your UK lawsuit because if I am forced to testify, this is what I am going to say". (We talked about this in private chat groups. Not sure we mentioned it here).

They’ve been begging for a mistrial from the beginning.

I hope she isn't doing this to try and save her reputation because that ship has long sailed. The comments here are very much against her. People are sick of her.
