Not to labour on this but I am certain when the judge asked for clarification iO went by 'he' - and his instagram is fully of pictures of the transition.

But that has very little to do with this thread (ie law suits) so I'll stop.

But in London the judge asked Heard about iO wether it was a he or a she and Heard said that iO is a she.
But somebody said that iO as a "he" might get into greater trouble for hitting Rocky Pennington before the wedding. And that is the reason Heard said that it is a she.

I am not sure when this happened but it is most likely that the statute of limitations has run out on an assault.

I don't think Rocky would have filed charges anyway. She wouldn't want to fall from grace from AH. (free rent, trips, paid utilities and all the wine you can drink).

It seems AH moved out of her house on March 9 and 10th of this year. People on twitter did some investigating and found out that the home in Yucca Valley where she went to was bought by Mr. and Mrs. Heard in January 2019 but later changed the title to the Heard Family Trust. There is also speculation that she gave iO a lot of money because iO bought a home in Yucca Valley with cash and did a lot of renovations to it. Something is very fishy here. It seems to me she could be afraid of JD taking her home. Its' very odd because we all know how she likes to call the paparazzi.

The house she lived in LA was rented I am pretty sure - someone possibly on here had the rental details as advertised by the agency.

I agree it is odd that she has done something as big as move house without calling paps especially as JL is out within days but I am so worried we are all reading too much into things like this - and the iO unfollow and Robbie Kaplan's deletions. Believe me I want it to mean something massive as well but after the crushing UK decision in November, I sometimes feel like justice will never come!

I've been thinking about some of Johnny's friend and their long waits for justice - Damien Echols and Gerry Conlon - and I hope they are giving him soul soothing advice about patience and how long these things take.

AdeleAgain: I share your sentiments. But wouldn't it be lovely if this all has been done- as AH KNOWS her END is in sight. Moving away from LA, not calling the paps, with her (friend?) It is odd no paps caught her moving. I think some neighbor on the street took the photo and passed it to a Depp fan???

She was renting there. She owns a house in Yucca Valley her parents were living in. She bought it two years ago, held in trust managed by one of the lawyers that is mentioned on the donation letters (that's how I made the connection). I don't know tgat she is going to live there, I don't know if Bianca still has a place*; but Amber has posted from the Yucca property on her IG. I also don't know where her Dad ended up (he didn't look healthy)
*update: the address for the subpoena is for a tiny one bedroom house so don’t think the furniture they are removing is going there.

She did move her horse to New Mexico to board. Not sure if she is paying or the person doing her a favor. She was papped riding the horse several days a week, and now it's so very far away. Odd that too.

So maybe, just maybe, she is feeling some money crunch? Has she lost a $$$ benefactor recently? Elaine keeps asking for legal fees and sanctions on every motion they file!

I feel almost wrong typing this, as if we are prying where we should not but then - this is someone who has sought publicity. The twitter chat of Getorganizedtoday goes on to say that the person who saw the move also saw the address where the furniture was to be moved to and you are right Lbock - it is the Yucca Valley house.

Granna is so right it is what we all want (right after an apology to JD of course) but dare we hope?

What an odd few days - Kaplan, iO, move and Arrow. And all the week of the Court of Appeal, City of Lies and JL. I won't even mention what some of the other twitter-chat is about.

Well I shall continue to pray for the best (for justice) and fairness.

AdeleAgain: Realizing who owns the "Sun", a target piece of "our gentleman" is the norm - but never the less, is it their "last stand?" Is everyone getting ready to face"the truth?" Very curious. - Are they getting ready for the onslaught of truth from the deppheads, fandom and the zoners? IF the appeal in London is granted, on the grounds that we all have voiced - more evidence for "doggiegate", and the VA court. Moving out of the ”scene to be seen” Los Angeles area and sending her horse away (and no pap coverage) combined with Elaine always asking for legal fees and sanctions suggests to me 1) She can’t count in AQ2 and/or 2) she’s lost her “benefactor”

In the court docs Depp is asking of anyone is supplementing her or paying her legal fees.

Also, if Johnny wins, he will need to know her assets which includes a house she owns

The Yucca Valley she has posted pics from on her ig. The one bedroom is associated with Bianca. From public records this is the Yucca Valley one. Simple google search.
