Regarding one of her other "Motions to Compel". Johnny has to provide Tax information on Gross income from 2012 to date. He had provided the tax information on his loan-out companies, which is how he collects his movie income. But judge agreed with AH Team, that he must provide his personal income also. I assume that is to show he didn't accept other movie income that they wouldn't know about if he is trying to prove he lost income due to her oped.

He also has to provide documents and communication with Disney regarding his loss of work, any prior complains, insurability, etc. All her other requests were denied. https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/circuit/s ... 5-2020.pdf

Amber's team filed alot more Subpoenas today. Going after the insurance company from his film(s). Judge White denied Johnny had to provide this information. Now she is circumventing going through California.

Also, they have supoenaed Depositions and documents/communications for some of them.

I am listening to the 14 incidents that The Sun relied on in the UK case. I always come back to the same thoughts! Half of these "incidents' occurred Before the Marriage!! IF she was as Terrified as she claims, WHY did she marry Johnny?? Seriously? If I was that terrified of being beaten, I definitely would NOT marry them, especially if I had the money to escape.

Lbock I went and read the Guardian article.

On the one hand - at least they had some facts in it ie that sales have increased along with social media searches and support for JD.

But any decent journalist might ask themselves why tnhis has happened - but that would of course force the numpty who wrote it to admit that there is a lot more to the story. And that the real scandal is L'Oreal's continued support of AH.

Thank goodness is it real people and not journalists who buy cosmetics and see movies.

I so hope Dior sticks to their guns - rare that business and moral sense coincide but on this occasion they do.

Hi, I do not know if anyone else has mentioned this. Earlier in the week, as I was watching TV, I saw that the next show was "L'Oreal Paris: Women of Worth (2020)" At first I thought, there is NO WAY I am watching this! But then, they first showed previews of who's going to be on it. No AH! The program showed the nominees for Women of Worth: An impressive assortment of activists, humanitarians, advocates, as they were called. There were also celebrities talking about women's achievements eg. Eva Longoria (AH seems to be cut out of the airing of the ad with her), and Helen Mirren.
This will please you! AH was nowhere to be seen!!! She was not even in any of the L'Oreal ads shown in the commercial breaks!
So maybe, just maybe, they have been doing some thinking?! I hope so!!

Yes, most people would not marry someone who was obviously an abuser and terrified of them, if they were not truly trapped.
Oh, but wait! Of course she has a ready answer for everything! I do recall her once saying that she had her doubts, but this was Johnny Depp, and when Johnny Depp tells you to do something, you do it. That's an example of the type of pity-play tactic so often used by narcissists to cover up the truth. Ugh!
But then another bit of info has revealed that she practically forced him to marry her.

Such a good point Snowcat - she could lay claim to having been forced/persuaded/abused into marrying him but for those pesky tapes. (1) "the marriage I worked so hard to make happen (2) JD saying that he didn't think getting married would completely cure her of the insecurities which led to her violent rages but he'd hoped it would help. Hmmmm.

Oh and this is the same man that "doesn't like to be the bad guy" and doesn't confront people or make things happen.

Yeah, he sounds terrifying.

Thank you also for the info on L'Oreal - I remember her being there at the event last year and when I saw it was coming up and she wasn't immediately obvious, maybe it was because they were doing a virtual event and weren't using their brand ambassadors - but if Helen Mirren and Eva Longoria were involved, just maybe there is some movement.

I do get the sense that of those involved - people are waiting for some news of the charitable donations.
