I am halfway through reading the closing argument today and found several things Sherborne may or may not bring up to dispute what Wass listed.

I see a lot of texts to her mother but none that say she was physically assaulted. I also don't understand why she took no pics whatsoever for the injuries she says she got in Australia when she didn't hesitate to take pics of alleged injuries that were far less severe and she asked for no medical help either for all those cuts on her arms and feet which she said happened. The only pic she produced was one taken two years later of just one arm and those injuries could have happened at any time..and the list goes on.

Another thing, I am wondering if the judge will consider that AH didn't bring up all these other incidents when she filed her TRO. I have been following the trial pretty closely. Wow. What a horrible woman AH is. Its heartbreaking to listen to the tapes on YouTube, she is so whiny. Why oh why did he marry her???? I am sure he was hoping it would improve the relationship. Poor Johnny. I really am pulling for him. So happy crowds of fans are showing their support at the trial. He seems really touched.

I have been following their live twitter feed. They seem to be doing ok, but it is not as good as Nick's live feed was. So far the defense says that he blacked out and doesn't remember and everyone around him covers for him.

How is it that when he blacks out and doesn't remember attacking her, but clearly remembers her attacking him, which she claims to have been in defence of him attacking her?

In short, how does a person only remember part of a scenario but not all of it?

It almost sounds like they are blaming Mort Rainey and not Johnny. Maybe they should have called the squirrel in as a witness.

I am incensed at the "twist", her manufacturing the claim that he gets so drunk and high, he does not remember the abuse, as a way to counter all of the claims others have given that he is not abusive. In his past relationships, he would have done the same, as info has told us that he has used intoxicants for a long time. I doubt that he refrained from all intoxicants while he was in his other relationships.

I’m reading on Twitter that the kitchen vid given to TMZ quite a while ago where Johnny is slamming things was edited and that she was smirking and saying mean things to him in between. Was this in court today?

I would think that anyone saying they were a genuine victim would want to include absolutely everything on as many extra forms as needed! All lies and we know it!

A pleasure - I actually don't think I'll read it - I read their written closing summary and honestly, all they have is incomplete out of context snippets or suggestions. No actual evidence that JD beat her. I could have taken it apart - indeed anyone of us could.

I thought this was an interesting point (ok, I've seen a few bits on twitter) the judge said today that IF (and he stressed if) JD could only be shown to have been violent towards her in defending himself, then that would not help the defendants prove their case, eg NGN cannot rely on the claim that he 'head butted' her if it can be shown, or if it seems reasonable, that this was the result of his defending himself. He said all of this in the context of asking about violence conducted by her on him.

So I think that's incredibly helpful - he twice owns up to throwing a can at her after she'd thrown loads of stuff in Australia and in the other audio says "I pushed you" when she claims he hit back.

It also puts into context where he says things like "there can be no more physical violence on each other" or however he phrased it. Because I've always had the sense that anytime he had to push or hold her back, he would have felt awful about himself and blamed himself.

I am looking forward to David Sherborne's poetry tomorrow.

And check this out - now this is how to deal with her - no booing, this will have irritated her far more - apparently it's not added onto the footage - this was actually blaring out.
