The police are a particular problem for her. She says they were stepping over the debris and mess and yet they absolutely stood by their statements and say they saw nothing. And Wass couldn't get them off the stand quick enough - didn't even bother with the second.

I understand we've got another new take on Australia - she wasn't there but was worried he did it whilst smashing the phone. I thought he did it whilst smashing the phone and beating her at the same time?

I love they talked about the moving bruises, as we've been claiming for years. The bruises coming and going. Her so called "makeup" that no one saw ever - well except when she used it to fake a bruise for a photo (perfectly rectangle phone mark).

After JD left and she screamed to IO to call 911, she called her publicist!

Oh and she didn't leak the police card, she didn't know how the press knew she was getting the TRO that day (I mean she did have security waiting to escrort her) and she ONLY GAVE THE POLICE CARD TO HER PUBLICIST. You can't make this up.

Everyone is lying but her - but she isn't going to call anyone a liar.

People there said there was lots of eye rolling and smirking.

I need the transcript. I think too much was missed - it just makes no sense.

I don't understand this approach. Wouldn't it make more sense for her to say "Yes they are lying! I don't know why, but they are! This is devastating for me as a victim!" ?

Does she seriously think people will believe her just because "Johnny is so much bigger and stronger"? She realizes everyone already knew that going in, right?

She honestly seems ill prepared and a bit delusional, I'm so curious to read the transcript.

Her attorneys must have stressed to her that she must not call anyone a liar and it is the one thing she remembers from all the work they did with her -- don't call anyone a liar. She keeps repeating it as if by rote.

Could NGN be plotting to throw her under the bus so to speak?

I've thought about NGN's role in all of this too. I'm generally not sure they actually care how the trial ends? What matters to them is how much money they can keep making going forward. A ruling in Johnny's favor would sell more clicks / magazines / airtime... Shocker - the truth behind Amber's hoax etc. Maybe I'm being too cynical.

Her repetition of "I don't want to call anyone a liar" reminded me that Johnny said it maybe once during the trial. A tiny snarky part of me imagines her still imitating him ad nauseam. But the snark is strong within me this Monday.

Yes the role of NGN is so curious - where on earth are they?

Not one single person from the newspaper or the company is appearing to defend why they printed the article? What they can't even sacrifice some intern in the heath and safety department?

They've nicely set this up as Johnny vs Amber and they are happily lapping up all the publicity - Adam Waldman is so clearly aware of this - but I suspect when they sued initially they didn't know if AH would dare to appear. She certainly tried not to. I really believe she was forced into this by NGN and now they are sitting back and watching.

I'd love to have been in there and watched the body language - I hope Brooke and Joon Pearl on twitter share some more insights.

Yes! Sherborne this morning to the Judge: "what MQ [I think Nick meant MW = Wolanski / NGN] didn’t tell you is that these offers were made subject to approval from Ms Heard. Now - if he can get that approval from his client - sorry - Freudian slip - from Ms Heard then we can properly examine them…"

PS I would also like to start a fan appreciation of Malcolm. He was rock solid for JD on the stand, and he always looks a bit cross and concerned that someone is going to dare to harm his charge. I bet in private JD can make him laugh.

It makes me laugh when AH claims JD surrounded himself with yes men - I've met loads of these types of security dudes through work and you don't mess with them. They accommodate their principal but the idea that in a security situation anyone other than them is in charge is laughable. It is also impossible to believe that such a man would allow another bloke to harm a woman. Impossible. And I'd double that for Jerry Judge.

Another contradiction from today - so all the abuse was behind closed doors and the staff never saw anything. I thought he regularly would beat her and the security team stood there looking at their feet refusing to help.

Amber said he doesn't want to call anyone a liar but at the same time is refusing to answer the question. :dunce:

She told Kate James she hid it from everyone but yet she made it a point to try and show it to the neighbor even pulling her hair back, but he saw nothing anyway.

She said nobody saw their arguments..now there's load of crap. Jerry said they had to pull her off him on multiple occasions and Travis gave a dec saying he saw her throw a can of red bull and a purse at JD and he escorted JD out of the apt after she punched him in the face. The property manager in the Bahamas also testified to her coming for Johnny when he left the house - she stood in front of the vehicle to block him from leaving. Security Sean said he witnessed many things. I can't believe the lies that are coming from her. :smh:

"Amber Heard is back in the witness box and Ms Laws is asking her if she had a problem controlling her temper while she was with Depp.

"No," she says.

"You wouldn't have outbursts or rage or anger?"

"There were times when yes, I lost my cool with Johnny," Heard replies.

Well, we all heard the recording where she says she gets so crazy sometimes she can't control herself and begged him to help her when this happened.

I have been away for awhile but have been following the trail. Amber Heard has no relationship with the truth. She does not admit to telling lies and she makes up even bigger lies. How can anyone believe that this woman is anything but extremely delusional and a manipulative liar?

I've read through Nick Wallis' tweets and I simply don't know what to say.

Going to have to wait for the transcript - why is she denying absolutely everything when she must know she's about to be contradicted by evidence. Favourite moment so far:

Play the tape or hear transcript where she admits throwing things
EL so we’re in agreement. you threw things
AH I’m not agreeing to throwing anything
@nickwallis
[I’m confused now]

Oh Nick, welcome to our side of the roaring rapids.
She also kept answering "Yes" where the logical answer in my opinion would be "No" And claiming she didn't want to say anyone was lying while in practice saying they did.

One of my favorite moments where I laughed out loud was when the questioning between Barrister Eleanor Laws and Amber Heard came around to the phone incident and went like this:

EL: So here you say he threw the phone twice.
AH: Only once at my face.
EL: How far away was he?
AH: About six feet.
EL: And you had no time to cover your face or head - it happened so quickly?
AH: It happened slowly in that moment, but it happened quick in real life...
