Yes I think it was definitely decided she was being sent away after what she did. Johnny wouldn't be saying that if it was to protect her from himself.

When Kaplan and AH were grinding on JD about not supplying his HIPPA and medical records it was plain that AH had not signed her HIPPA nor supplied her medical records as ordered at all. Anyone know if she ever supplied hers?

The only reason we know about their discovery request is because they filed a motion to compel and attached it. We have no idea what Depp team has asked for documents and communication and their interrogatories (general questions she has to answer)

Excellent find. Make Up Melanie is being compelled in the Sun case to give testimony. But I don't think the London judge has ruled on it yet. Still pending maybe?

UPDATE: The plot thickens. I revisited the VA website for the Subpoenas for Brandon McCullough and Lauren Shapiro and Kelly Milano. (Lauren works on the Corden late night show. Kelly is a friend somehow, but not recently) Melanie has an attorney filing an opposition in The Sun case to force her to appear. Her lawyer is the same one Brandon and Lauren are using in VA (Anya Goldstein), which I assume AH is somehow providing. Why would Amber "provide" a lawyer to help stop her friend from giving testimony for The Sun?????

These are theories. IMO, if anyone connected to Amber Heard pays for these attorney's it is a conflict of interest. It makes it appear that she is paying for her witnesses. Some witness can be paid (like a fingerprint analyst) but it has to be revealed to the court that the person was paid and which side paid the witness. I also believe that they would be paid for their testimony not the attorney. I realize that I am up against the conspiracy theorists in this case. Every day a new conspiracy comes up. People seem to think that Amber Heard has so much power in this case. I don't know if this idea of Amber having a lot of power fuels people's anxieties over this case and their hatred for Amber Heard. It also makes her more of a villain, even though she could nit be more of a villain. All I know is that a lot of the theories are based on assumptions. I have faith in Johnny's attorney's. They know the law and they are serving his best interest. I do not think that Amber Heard has all the power in this case. IMO, these conspiracy theories have spun way out of control. Just because someone assumes something about evidence and people repeat it does not make the assumption true. I am taking a break (or leaving) this thread.

I can understand that this is all upsetting. But we cannot deny the plain facts in this case. Robert Kaplan started Times Up Legal Fund. Witnesses attorney associated with Amber (Anya Goldstein) is who is is - a top RICO criminal defense attorney. The Sun, Murdoch, Tesla, Elon, these are real connections. Amber, the first female actress to be appointed to the UN ambassador for Human Rights - an actress that has accomplished what in her career? At that point, ACLU, etc saw an opportunity to capitalize on MeToo with an actress ex of a famous hollywood legend, white powerful male. It's almost as if Amber has now become a pawn in her own lies to promote something bigger, something that encompasses lots and lots of money for lawyers, and popular causes. Political, ACLU, Freedom of Speech, Female Rights. Amber's last ditch effort to add sexual abuse claims to what end-get Johnny to settle? back down?

Remember. Adam brought this up in The Rolling Stones article. A much bigger picture

I am not upset by this, I am a bit frustrated with all of the conspiracy theories. I am sure eventually someone will come up with the theory that Amber Heard is paying off the judges. Because the theories get bigger and bigger every day. Amber Heard is more powerful every day. Until this case is settled in Johnny's favor people will continue to speculate. You are free to believe whatever you please and so am I.
