Wow, my heart fills with pride and my eyes with tears. How I love this man and his values. He has no idea of how much he has touched our lives. I know I aspire to be better person thanks to Johnny.

I know. It's amazing that he makes time to write to us. I wish I knew how to thank him, but some gifts really have no equivalent gesture, and this is one of them.

While I understand your curiosity, GG, it must remain unsatisfied on that point. I don't know of any contact between the hospital and JD or his people; they may have done so, but if they did, they didn't tell me anything about it.

I guess I was just musing on the point and wondering how he came to hear about it.

Is it possible that he read it here on the Zone?

Of course this is purely speculation, but one of his many "people" or family could monitor the Zone or any number of web sites on Johnny. I find it hard to believe that someone he knows well doesn't take a gander every once in a while at a site and this one being the "best"...... Plus he also mentioned knowing about some sites when he did that Q&A with Tim.

I'm not sure what to say..........another response of thanks from Johnny. I'm overwhelmed with emotion from reading his letter and from reading all the posts here.

God bless you Johnny for being the wonderful person that you are and making all of us better people by showing us your acts of kindness to others.


Natalie, thank you so very much for sharing this letter with us and congratulations once again on a job well done. I can't even begin to imagine what an undertaking this project must have been. I am so proud to have taken part and appreciate so very much your time and energy that went into this.

You have given me a safe haven where I can be with others who know the brilliance that is Johnny Depp.
