Too early I know, but should Shantaram get any progress made, I'd like to think of finding a Mumbai charity next time.
Now that's a REALLY good idea Endora...

Very nicely said and I would like to "ditto" your comments.
What a wonderful article and such a nice way to end my morning. Many thanks to Natalie and the other zone moderators for organizing this and letting us all be a part of it.

Wow, this is too cool for words.

Thanks as always to Natalie and the others who put their vision and integrity into these birthday projects each year. What better way to make a small difference in the lives of these children than all of us together?

Thanks for the article emma.

I almost don't know what to say but thank you so very much to Natalie and the others for taking such good care of us daily here at the zone and special thanks for taking such good care of our pennies each year as we celebrate Johnny's birthday by doing something so wonderful as supporting the programs we have. We know what it means to be a part of such a great group of fans now others know too!

The Hospital also sent out full-page individual letters to those who donated by personal check (instead of through pay-pal) in Johnny's name. Very classy - required IRS notice I know but, nonetheless, nicely done.

I´m very late.... like usual.. just found this thread...

Wow, I´m really very impressed.. first the kind and sweet letter from Johnny and now that... but to be honest, I never thought about anything else than helping the children as I made my donation. But maybe, with people reading that article, learning what a great man Johnny is, learning that his fans try to follow his example, maybe more people will open their eyes and ears and try to help in the same way we try to help... even small people can make a change...
That´s so great and I think it´s a great honor to Natalie for her hard work for the Zone...

I didn't donate. And I'm sorry for that. But I have spent the night there. I had a 24 hour E.E.G.

No, not Barker. That man is dead. It's Todd now. Sweeney Todd... and he will have his revenge.
