This letter is further evidence of the measure of the man. I am proud to be a (small) part of such a wonderful group. My name, Depprespect, says it all - almost. It doesn't begin to describe the respect and admiration I have for all of my fellow Zoners.

He has known about the Zone for quite some time,
I am pretty sure that he has known about it
since it started to develop into what it is today..

Wow - I can't believe this!
There are tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat after reading this.

Thank you so much Natalie for posting this and letting us all know.
I was so happy to donate to this worthwhile cause and that alone was enough. But Johnny cared enough to write a thank you. I just wasn't expecting that. It obviously meant alot to him.
Wishes do come true - Captain Jack is back!

That makes it extra special doesn't it. Nobody expected Johnny to react in person and he didn't need to do that.

I keep thinking of that article when Johnny gave his lighter to the woman who interviewed him (because the sound of it reminded her of her father). She tells him 'you don't need to do that' and Johnny answers 'If I felt I needed to, I wouldn't do it'.

I enjoy this thread and keep returning to read Johnny's letter and everyone's emotions. It's too wonderful for words.
