:thanks!: Charlotte, you really have done a wonderful thing by reposting the article from your local paper here on the Zone. I am sure many bracelets have been ordered since the 13th and it has shown up on many more Depp websites for more Depp Heads to lend their support for this wonderful cause.

I emailed back and said, yes, that's how I found out about the bracelet -- at the Johnny Depp Zone....
She went online and checked us out, saw the photo, and wanted to know where it was taken and who took it.....and said that she'd like to share it with Dustin's (the little boy whose phrase "Today is a gift ... have fun" is on the bracelet.
She asked if I could find out.
If anyone does know about the photo that AnaMaria posted, please let me know and I'll pass it on.

I see they have added it to their website under headlines.

Thanks bluebird.

I've received my bracelet and it's beautiful, even more so knowing the money is going to such a good cause.

Except did you notice they say it was for his induction to the Hollywood Walk of Fame instead of Grauman's? Not that anyone other than fans like us might notice!

I´ll order my bracelet as soon as I have talked with a friend of mine...she´s interested too and maybe we can save some money if we order it together...but I really hope I´ll have more luck than I had as I ordered the CD of the Wildlife Waystation....I payed the money but I never got my CD... :bawl: Johnny and Iggy Pop was playing a song for the charity CD of the Wildlife Waystation..... although I didn´t get the CD I´m always happy to hear how great Johnny is..if he is able to help he does it, no matter if it´s for children or even for animals...Johnny has just a great heart. :twohearts:

Thanks so much for posting this...I bought mine this morning! I bought the large one like Johnny's and I will wear it as an anklet. It is so wonderful that the proceeds go to this children's charity. When I read this thread I bought mine immediately! Thanks again. :yahoo:

I decided to order a bracelet today as well. I went with the single-braided one. I like the inscription on the bracelet, and I think it's great that all of the proceeds go to such a good cause. Thanks again CharlotteinCA for letting us know about this!

Someone posted on another site that the Hospice organization has ordered the double strand braided bracelets in two sizes: 7" and 8 1/4". When ordering, if you want the smaller size specify that in the message box that comes up during the order process. They have a waiting list and will fill them on a first come, first served basis.

If you haven't been back to the site recently, they have added a couple pics of Johnny wearing the bracelet and a very nice quote from him. This is such a worthwhile organization and I hope all who can will support it in this way.

I had another email from Lori recently saying that they are expecting publicity on the bracelets soon and that hopefully that will bring in more orders!! She and Devon and everyone at the organization is quite excited about this but wanted to let us know here at the Zone in case we wanted to get on the waiting list soon....
They really are appreciative of the Zone's support.
I told them what an amazing group of interesting, talented and just plain fun women from all over the world are here at the Zone. I also asked Lori and Devon to pass on to Dustin's mother that we're proud to wear the bracelets, not only as a reflection of Johnny Depp (which we do), but as a remembrance of Dustin.

The edge … there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over. HST

Thank you for the information FAN.
I contacted them today and placed an order for the one Johnny is wearing and asked if it can be delivered in a size 7" . Haven't heard back allready but I wait and see. If they only should have the large size I take it anyway - I will go to the jewerlystore and let it be made a bit smaller.

I wondered if they were going to get a smaller double strand...I really wanted the double strand but went with the single strand because of the size difference. I don't think my single strand has shipped yet, so I'm going to send a nice email and maybe they can switch it. I'll be happy with either bracelet though.
