In a fair world Heard would be in jail.

True. In a fair world those who throw allegations to the world, only to show that it was false should pay a hefty fine to their victim(s) and receive a substantial jail term. This would make abusive, blackmailing back stabbers who are con artist think twice BEFORE opening ones' mouth. However, this is not a fair world, so we support those who are TRUE victims of DV. Hopefully the "fish queen" will go into oblivion - real soon.
