I agree. Let's rejoice in Johnny's victory. It's a big win for him and we should all be happy.

Elaine is most likely mad because she lost and now she can't add the win to her resume of successful verdicts. I would be surprised if the ex even keeps the team if she does file for an appeal. It was clear there was no love with her and that team. The ex didn't even acknowledge the rest of the team before she left the courtroom. JD's team has until June 24 to submit the order and then the judge still has to sign and file it so if she does do an appeal it won't be for a while, imo. Besides, they still have to sort out the attorney fees for both sides.

Today is a new day and I say let's start of the weekend by celebrating Johnny's win! :dancingpirate: :guitar:

Everyone: If I understood this correctly - to appeal in VA Heard must place a bond for the amount owed with attys fees BEFORE an appeal can be filed.

I read that also. The only one I can see paying her verdict would be the UCLA and she threw them under the bus. I really doubt rocket man will help because he wouldn't even testify for her and I can't see why anyone would lend her money because they know they will never get it back, especially when she is the most hated woman in Hollywood right now.

I agree with Judymac that we just need to chill and move on. Filing an appeal is part of the usual process and I think she will have trouble coming up with grounds that will actually move an appeal forward. Did anyone really believe MSM would change their agenda and be truthful? Johnny won, the public has heard his story and stood behind him. Let's just celebrate that! This nastiness will blow over if we let it.

Elaine's media tour is bordering on unethical and she is likely to find herself in a whole lot of trouble if she doesn't tone down her rhetoric. Let's remember that AH's new PR guy is not a nice man and eventually Karma is going to bite them all in the behind. If we just sit back and let it. We do not have to fall into their ugly game by participating.

I am not going to let them rob me of my peace and my joy in Johnny's victory. I am not going to stoop to their level.
Seconded. He's cleared his name, and restored his reputation and as he said, now time to look to the future. :rosegirl:

Hollyberry: Well said. This victory has been a long time in coming. Unfortunately at the expense of JD, in more ways then one.

As for me, on 6/9 - I will be drinking a mega pint, eating muffins, purchasing #Dior products and watching JD's films, while returning to my favorite craft - quilting, as I put it all aside to watch, hope & prayed during this important trial & for JD's strength & sanity to get his name cleared. To expose Heard for what she truly is - GARBAGE - a disgrace of humanity.

Johnny signing autographs saying he is "still in shock a little" after someone congratulated him. He looks really happy.

FYI: According to sources -
Travelers Insurance Co., has paid most of AH's legal bills. There is no reason for her not to be able to pay the $8.35 mil she owes.

She prob. blew all the money drinking expensive wines, vacations, and lawyers in her other battles that she lost. Her ins. co. could be paying the verdict, which might be why he was awarded $10 mil. As an example, this ins. co.'s limit is $10,0000 and it covers deformation, so Elaine better keep her mouth shut, if this is the case and if she did have an ins. co. like this one.

Any update on Rocky Brooks & his baloney? July is it?
Just saw his lawyer gave a statement to the Sun, Johnny’s win has no impact. Rocky intends to have his day in court

Then let him, and let him end up with egg on his face. Johnny won. End of. Move on and get over it Rocky, or you'll just look like a complete..'donkey'...in front of everyone.

Everyone wants to have their 15 minutes of fame when it comes to going after JD for something.

I hope he celebrates his win this weekend. He deserves it. I've been celebrating ever since the verdict was read.
