I found a version of the cutting audio that includes text. I know hearing this, reading it, is hard as hell, but what we are witnessing is the depth of his pain, the absolute soul raking bottom. This is the reality of abuse, how it turns one inside out. I hope JD's lawyers have someone lined up to talk about the emotional and mental effects of abuse. I am going to leave it as a link, instead of posting it.

Thank you for this. It is heart wrenching to read what Johnny went through with that abuser.

Nick sent a newsletter to his subscribers on twitter regarding the trial. I am not a subscriber, I haven't read it soI can't really comment about what he wrote but a lot of people are unhappy and asking for their money back. Judging by the comments on twitter, he seems Nick ignored the facts of the case and was unfairly biased against Johnny.

I would also advise avoiding Jan Moir of the Daily Mail and their site generally, although I would imagine many here already do. They are generally horrible to Johnny and write in the most hysterical and dramatic terms.

I totally agree Scout!! My mind is blown and I have so many questions and I feel like I’m watching my best friend get punched in the gut!!! I’ve watched all the lawyers on u tube shows today to try to get some answers. There are a couple I really like Emily. Anyway it’s hard to process. I know I haven’t been active for a long time, but I’ve been keeping up here everyday. My question today is all the rubbish Rottenbom did playing dirty yesterday with Johnny’s cross, and now all this coming out about her using a makeup to cover her bruises that haven’t even been produced until 2017 And her selling that video of Johnny that she secretly was recording to TMZ !!!!! Could they just shutdown this whole trial and throw everything out? I’m just so confused? Bernie Taupin Elton Johns lyrics and friend has Johnny on his IG account sticking by him ♥️

They don't just shut down a trial. There has to be legal grounds for a dismissal. The judge would be the person to decide if there are legal grounds for dismissal.
Information about AH selling a video and faking bruises
*helps" Johnny. Sometimes, one side will ask for a dismissal if they think their side is losing. That is not a legal basis and can tick off the judge. I hope that this helps.

It does help very much thank you ! If the trial would be dismissed by Judge or who ever has the power to do this, what would happen then ? I know I’m ignorant about all the legalities, but it means so much to me that this trial comes to completion and all the truth comes out and Johnny and family can have peace. Thanks for all your help 🥰

I don't consider the Daily Mail to be a credible source for anything. They are a gossip rag who says whatever they think will get them views and comments. There is a television show called Daily Mail TV which I refuse to watch too. It is all :censored: and not worth watching.

So Yaya answered my question about Nick Wallis. On a lighter note - is everyone appreciating the irony that one of AH's lawyers is named Rottenborn. Every time I think about it I actually laugh. I hope the name comes up as a character in a future movie.

Judges are reluctant to dismiss a trial. What happens during the dismissal depends on the reason for the dismissal. A judge can dismiss the case without prejudice, which means that it can be refiled and the case would start over as if it never happened. A judge can also dismiss a case with prejudice which means the case is over forever.

Is there something specific about this case that has you worried about a dismissal? Maybe I could help you understand it?

I think I have just been paranoid and not understanding how a defamation trial works. I feel much more comfortable with my knowledge and I’m not worried anymore about that. Thanks for all your help and knowledge. Just going to hope and pray for a good outcome, either way , Johnny got his story out

Well, well, well, look at what we have here. The concealer the ex's lawyer said she wore during the relationship from 2014-2016 to cover bruises didn't come out until 2017. :smh:  :yikes:
