I have not watched the documentary about Mrs. Zellner. Is she experienced with cross examination? I think its a very responsable task and I assume you need to know the case better than the inside of your pocket.
Judging from the pictures I have no doubt she could bring the hammer down on AH and Whitney.

As many thought, the order to produce pics has been slow in coming. Running down the clock on JD's expert witnesses. I have read Chew's motion and agree with all 3 valid points. However, I fear AH's team will not face any sanctions or other consequences. I sincerely wish that Judge Penny would deny AH & her team of misfits to produce ANY of her "voluminous evidence" & letting the jury know EXACTLY what has been pulled. Wouldn't it be lovely for Judge Penny announced JD won and told in detail the shenanigans AH pulled?

Yes. Truth & Justice. I certainly am extremely thrilled that LauraB posted here as well. Unfortunately, Twitter, is becoming very toxic. We need facts not attitudes.
I use my Twitter account here for the images. I don’t know how else I can post them here.

I have opened it again, only to get your info on this site. I am afraid the Twit has become to toxic for my taste.

A lot of filings in the past two days. I just started reading her legal team's objections to JD's approx 50,000 exhibits and from what I see, they are out of their minds. Seriously, I have no idea how her team can list some of his exhibits as hearsay. They're using the old tactic to try and smother the court with paperwork.

Thanks so much for posting. I've just had a quick look through some of the links on twitter - her objections to his witnesses and exhibits. Interesting so we know what JD has - I cannot wait for so much of this. Adam was right about the 87 surveillance videos I see - but also, there are alot of recordings right? Unless they are all broken in to chunks sounds like there are more.

Between March 28 and March 29 her legal team has filed a total of 550 pages with the court, including 367 pages re: objections.
Sounds a little desperate to me.

It is overwhelming

Note: Johnny’s exhibit list was not uploaded bevause it contained confidential filings re her IME

She didnt classify her objections she filed. It was uploaded and now we see the IME and all the mental health testing

Have a look at this: Raquel and David Heard may not exactly be co-operating with JD but they appear to have provided their cellphone data without being compelled.
