I have thought that the co-hoaxers might have thought they were creating a scene of destruction but the result just looked messy to police. I am sure the police in their work have seen many messy homes with spills not cleaned, books knocked over etc.
The police don't mention the dogs. Were the animals being kept safe away from the mess creation?
I am not convinced that Adam Waldman has police body-cam video. His tweets might just be a way of playing with Josh Drew's mind so that Josh wonders if there is evidence to expose him.

I just fear that a possible discussion "messy" vs. "crime scene" could put a dent in the police' testimony. Maybe its all AH needs.

I agree with you - not sure if Adam has video footage. If he is teasing Josh....do we know if Adam tried this strategy on someone else successfully?

I doubt Adam is teasing one particular witness. I actually think alot of what he is doing with the tweets is keeping the faithful.

I also doubt after all this time there is body camera footage. But AH and her friends gave a pretty graphic description of the destruction.

AH will say that by the time the second set of officers arrived they had cleaned up. Did she or the others talk about the second set of police?

The fact is the two officers we had were excellent witnesses. They had no reason to lie, in fact given the post OJ Simpson protocols they would not have allowed themselves to be unprofessional. And it is simply not conceivable that four separate officers would lie abut what they saw then or now.

Given AH's description of that night and the entirely contradictory view of the police, that should be case closed. It is ridiculous it would never pass a criminal case test and I am sorry to say this again in probably less than a week for a British judge to say what he said is an utter outrage. He would never have said that if they were UK police there would have been an outcry.

Oh for 's sake, just provide the discovery already. Amber Heard's team is turning this case into a circus and I hope the judge denies this pathetic attempt to amend her answer and file yet another plea in bar or stay of discovery in light of another different case going on. This is really embarrassing trying for excuses to cover up for a client who is refusing to produce documents because they all know it is damaging for AH, just like the charity receipts.

From my understanding (1) The UK judgement does not influence whether the VA case can happen (2) AH was a witness not the defendant in the UK so it's irrelevant (3) I haven't had a chance to read the doc yet but I understand they cite very little actual law is that correct?

This is yet another means of getting attention away from - in my view - the success of City of Lies (over which she must be absolutely livid) and of course him being at the film festival. See how many journalists were there?
