Re: The Lawsuits Thread
ForeverYoung: please keep everyone in the loop on this. Now . . . how about throwing AH under the bus - is there a ribbon in the works? Should be.
Would it not be delightful to make sure that. Disney, Warner Brothers, L'oréal, ACLU and the UN (AH's honorary post) got these ribbons too?

Purple ribbons is a neat idea. I assume we pay for same and ship to studios et al? I picture incoherent mobs of purple swamping delivery points.

Today was the due date for Johnny's team to file their listing of attorney fees to oppose the ex's motion. The ex's team has 7 days to oppose.

Ongoing twitter chat about Adams posts. He, maybe implied, that the second set of officers had body cams on them? And, that he has obtained the footage? What are your thoughts about it?

I believe they will be in Johnny’s favor based in what Adam was tweetingSomeareborn wrote: ↑Fri Apr 09, 2021 5:55 pmOngoing twitter chat about Adams posts. I think he is also asking for legal fees and sanctions

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I am curious about Adams' hints concerning possible body cam foootage.
But I asked myself why AH asked for it in her subpoena, knowing that it could further undermine her hoax. Somebody on twitter explained that she may have asked about it in the first place to discredit the officers if they had indeed no footage. Its a good theory! And it would backfire if there is indeed footage in JD's favour.
Altough I am not sure how powerful it would be, because it is assumed to belong to the second set of officers. Even if it contains a blurry picture of her uninjured face - it would be explained away. Best output would probably be to debunk the lie of "a messy crime scene"
I keep my fingers crossed - a nice weekend to you all!

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
But maybe it means we've finally got to the bottom of who the second set of officers are. That's how I read Adam's last tweet. I know he liked a reply asking about body cameras. And if we have four officers giving testimony in VA that she was uninjured and the place wasn't wrecked - that's doubly powerful.
I still cannot get past a UK judge dismissing the evidence of US police officers. Just disgraceful. I don't think a jury (of any nationality) will be quite so dismissive.

Here is an article about how the ex committed perjury.

Found it interesting. Can’t say I agree with all of it but I hope his team sees itForeverYoung wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:01 amHere is an article about how the ex committed perjury.

It would be, if both parties had the same standard about what a place being wrecked looks like.AdeleAgain wrote: ↑Sat Apr 10, 2021 7:25 amAnd if we have four officers giving testimony in VA that she was uninjured and the place wasn't wrecked - that's doubly powerful.
If the officers saw the spilled wine on the rug and consider it as a "household accident" not worth mentioning in a report f.e. it would fuel her narrative. (Cops were not investigating properly) That is why I hope that any possible footage would show no wine spilled and no clothing racks unturned.
Am I surprised that the only "real + costly damage with photographic evidence" would be the spilled wine on a rug in a rather public area?
Despite the massive bead desaster and broken things in apt. 3 she and her friends describe? Not at all - I assume she didn't want to break her things and destroy her "soon-to-be-mine-penthouse" too much.
