Loved reading this. Amber might have gotten the deposition but she was also denied on stuff she tried to get. The judge used the doctrine "enough is enough"

I thought the UK case could be months because the Australian Geoffrey Rush v National News (Murdoch Sydney Daily Telegraph) took 5 months for a judgement. The Rush case did not have any recordings or nearly as many documents as the Depp case has. The judge has to listen to, watch and read all the evidence (which I imagine could take weeks) and then write how he reached his conclusion in a way that it is not open to appeal.

What's also interesting, is that apparently Heard's team has extended a second Subpoena to Twitter, which I presume is directly related to her counterclaim. It has not been uploaded to the Fairfax website yet, but already being argued in California.

It is attached to Adam Waldman's tweets, who has a residence in California, and Twitter which is based in California.

They are asking for Adam's IP addresses from where he tweets from, but are also interested in the identity of more than 200 twitter accounts. They are intending to schedule an Information Discovery Conference with the Judge on Oct 20 if they judge accepts.

Update: The hearing for this has been moved to Oct 22 (in California)

Amber's subpoenas and motions are getting really pathetic. It's just making her looks really desperate and nothing more.

Pray this happens. Could be one of the reasons I see Amber is not "bondable" to do Aquaman 2, she can't return to Australia now.

I am sure she will try and drag Johnny into this. It has been said that Amber used Johnny's pen to sign the papers but it is her signature and her signature alone on the papers. I remember an article from when her and Johnny arrived in Australia. Other people came with them and two women got off the plane, one was carrying a big tote bag and they got into a waiting SUV. The woman put the tote bag on the floor of the SUV then walked around to the other side and got in.

The reason this would be so good if the Australians pursue it, is that it has nothing to do with the actual initial crime and is only about the perjury - she said she didn't know what she was doing was a crime - well she lied about that and there are two credible witnesses and her own emails which condemn her. She can blame JD all she likes but those are the facts. And perjury is so, so serious.

Awful news circulating that she is included in the Synder new cut of JL and that she's doing some photography??? What does everyone think? I am praying this is just her PR detracting from the news of the Australian investigation. Her recent publicity shots of her endless walks with the dog (carrying poo-bags, very responsible but puts a lie to iO's claims she is faeces-phobic) and horse riding - also make me wonder if it's true. She surely wouldn't be able to resist dropping hints if she was involved?

Frankly, I can't see how anyone would want to work with her now especially after she went for sanctions against Disney.
