Heard is also being denounced a lot on Quota these days, the facts of her nastiness are becoming public.
I was somewhat disturbed recently when a lawyer who represents abused refugee women more or less said Heard should have been believed because she's a woman.
This is unfair to real life victims of abuse, female and male. I'm glad to see many are hailing Johnny for making it public his wife abused him. It's actually incredibly brave.

She has sued Johnny and other celebs in California and Portland several times and was warned off from doing it again. Goes back to 2012 at least

Seems a sincere apology to all from Mr. Sherborne, on behalf of himself and Shillings as a whole, might go a long way tomorrow. Indeed, may have obviated the inclusion of the potentially “Draconian” penalty of dismissal from even being a consideration these last 36 hours:

Sorry if this has been answered before but was it explained on Monday when & how The Sun discovered there were texts that had not been disclosed? Seems unfair they someone knew some texts had been not disclosed & used this to have the trial thrown out so late on.

Short answer: Shillings should have provided to NGN.

Depp submitted in USA trial; AH USA/Uk lawyers passed them to NGN lawyers. Confused on this part but Shillings Depp UK lawyer had them but missed finding them on a key word search of 100K pages. So error with his UK attorneys

Thank you. I listened to the whole hearing. It was quite hard to hear NGN make their cluster of claims. They added several more on Sunday. Sherborne did well. Very on point and passionate. There was stuff I’m surprised media didn’t pick up. I’m gonna wait until after the ruling before I say more.
