The document was on another Depp fansite. It was obtained from Pacermontor.com legal site under "News Group Newspapers Limited v. Lauran Divenere et al" case 2:20-mc-00027. Pacermonitor.com is a site where one has to pay for documents. The documents filed on March 16 2020 include a 17 page exhibit which is Depp's Re-Amended Reply to News Group.
I am a bit surprised that no site such as TheBlast has reported on this document.
The incidents in Hicksville June 2013 with Depp, Heard and her friends are referred to on page 4-5 and do not reflect well on anyone. I suppose that is why that those involved did not mention earlier.
Although I am reluctant to share the whole document, as I did not pay for it, it seems I am OK with thinking about the contents.

I have read the document as well. There would have been no reason for Johnny to have mentioned it before. But AH has clearly thrown up new alleged incidents to claim he is either violent or controlling. My how the stories change. As Adam said as JD’s legal team find evidence to disprove or challenge her claims she comes up with new ones.

I know she has not made sexual claims in VA but I’ll only add Kelly-Sue Milano has been subpoenaed for VA. She is a friend of IO Tillet Wright and was at many parties with IO. She is friends with Raquel too I think. Btw Rachel has been liking AG IG posts recently. And I think the Hicksville they refer to is near Joshua Tree.

You're right..it was 2013 when the owner had Hicksville Trailer Palace but JD said "cabin" in the papers which is why I thought Hicksville Pines.

Melanie Inglessis motion to quash DENIED. She has been ordered to testify or be held in contempt of court.

So she will be contradicting the much respected Samantha McMillen's testimony, plus the evidence of our own eyes - no matter how much lipstick you apply, a split lip is a split lip. Plus perhaps give us an explanation of why AH's description of the fight and her injuries make it seem like she had been 10 rounds with Tyson Fury rather than the less dramatic bruises Melanie seems to have seen.

Melanie has been compelled to testify. However as you can see, the judge has allowed her a date to address the court if need be. I assume she is closely watching the COVID-19 numbers as that is her main argument. She was in Florida in isolation and I wonder if she is still there.

Smele for The Sun submitted a Witness Summary of things they expect Melanie to testify on (be questioned about). It included her full declaration she gave in VA and added the following (which was aggregated from AH filing in VA, her witness testimony submitted in UK and probably the discussion her lawyer had with Melanie on a couple occasions)

There is a big difference between Amber's declaration and Melanie's declaration regarding the night of December 15, which was already discussed here, so it's going to be interesting how she testifies. Using Covid-19 again to avoid the testimony isn't going to work.

Melanie using the covid-19 excuse is not going to work. People are not locked in their homes and she was told the rooms will be sanitized so unless something happens to her she will have to appear or be held in contempt of court.

I wonder what the actual consequence would be though - is she likely to be arrested in the US? Maybe she would only face consequences if she came to the UK. Anyone know?
