I would also not wish the loss of a mother on anyone. Losing the person who gave birth to you is devastating and life changing. You learn to continue to live, but you never get over it. That's why it was especially horrible that Amber made her accusations immediately after Johnny's mom passed away. When my mother passed away, I reflected on my life and where I wanted it to go. I would hope that Amber Heard would have the same kind of reflection on her life. I am not hopeful, but it would be good if she used her grief to evaluate the choices she is making in life.

Adam has on a research a scavenger hunt on the premise why is the media biased against Johnny and now not even reporting on his case. Main Hollywood ones. Mostly all owned by Jay Penske

Yes, that is the long and short of it. But what I still don't understand is why Penske and those behind him have it in for Johnny ...

I think it boils down to massive loss of Saudi and Malaysian money back during the 1mdb scandal. Wolf of Wallstreet we know benefitted. So did Leo DiCaprio who has to return gifts if artwork and lots of money that was donated to his charities. Somehow at one point Johnny must have been approached (maybe similar to how Leo was). In the end Johnny helped Waldman by giving testimony against people. Add to that also TMG openly swore to destroy him if he went through with the lawsuit. Tie that to a questionable hedge fund run by the Mandels in Chicago that Ari was somehow connected to. It’s a massive web. But these power players which includes Jay Penske who got money from Saudis. The Malaysian 1mdb laundered Billions Ig money in the USA and allot through Hollywood

Lots of really dark news coming out ~ and I include here the death of AH's mother. I join those on the zone who have no sympathy to offer AH and in fact I wonder if all this that has been revealed about AH contributed to her mother's death. Her behavior is of the stuff that kills

I thought actually it was very smart and respectful the number of Johnny's fans who either offered sympathy for the loss of a mother or who simply made neutral remarks saying that although AH gave him no grieving space when his own mother died, and her fans were often vile when Jerry died - Johnny and his fans, are better than that. I bet Johnny's instinct yesterday would have sadness at a family losing their mum. (Also super smart the twitter users who honoured Paige for giving JD love in 2016 and screen shots of her messages to him!)

Also very smart to focus instead on the other villain in all this - iO. What is wrong - can he not help himself - why is he responding to people on social media and digging himself further in. I don't understand it.

So yesterday we learned from all you intrepid investigators (Depp-vestigators) that:

- another witness has already confirmed in a court document that there was a physical altercation between iO and Raquel on the island (her ex-husband)
- iO did not deny there was a physical incident (why is it impossible to give a straight answer?)
- like AH, iO does not appear to equate slapping with assault
- Samantha Spector already confirmed in 2016 that the person who called the police was AH's 'friend and neighbour" so in all likelihood Raquel
- despite claiming in his article to have lived with JD and AH for over a year, iO denies living in the Eastern Colombia building
- despite having claimed to be shocked when it was revealed to him that JD was being violent - all of their friends knew about it all along and were simply waiting by (presumably twiddling their thumbs) waiting for him to get help

Have I missed anything? Busy day. Well done to everyone.

I think I would add

1) we only saw what most people see on DV when things are done privately (another words they saw no abuse)
2) IO admitted he never saw Johnny abuse her
3) he said Johnny apologized to friends and family for any harm he caused Amber after being drunk. (Harm being the operative word as we know she accused him of causing her to go to the finish line)
4) IO claimed he was forced to give a declaration as a witness. That he had no choice and filed with in days Of incident. But the document is dated June 13 well after May 21 and after his article
5) they tried to keep it private that Johnny was being treated for addiction

Io is a word-smith and very shady with his answers. Even though he fully understands what he was being asked he will split hairs over the words he uses to change the meaning or to quantify his “lie”. (I didn’t say that or admit that)

One asked did he hit Rocky over wedding planning and he said no. (Meaning=No to Over wedding planning).

Johnny's team should come out and say who made the 911 call. They did make a reference to Rat at the Fail.
This evidence is conclusive. So it doesn't matter if they put it out there.

None of her team want to touch this call.
Just use it for pr purposes.
So they aren't going to say anything.

It's really frustrating.

The only truth in IO Toilet statement or tweets is that he didn't live in the Eastern Columbria. But he probably crashed there a lot.
He did live in Johnny's Sweetzer (hope I spelt it right) estate though.

Laura, IO can try to weasel his way out of giving a straight answer to questions asked but it's not going to fly with the Judges.

Heard has at least three so-called witnesses in the UK trial, right?
Herself, Amanda & I am assuming Toilet.
Let him try to dodge questions asked by the UK Judge and see how far he goes.

The Sun said to have 7 witnesses and I think Johnny has a :potential 17 witnesses". The Sun has motioned to compel the 2 LAPD offices to give testimony and Laura D and Melanie Makeup. That is 4, then AH and Amanda are confirmed. The last we don't know for sure.

I don't know who Johnny's witnesses are all total?

Yeah, I knew about the 7 witnesses but I what I want to know who's willingly testifying for Heard.

I think that Laura D might be successful in her bid not to testify. She was illegally taped after all maybe with The Sun's help.
I am not sure about Melanie.

And I knew about Amanda.

Adam said half were sued by Heard to testify.
So she has to at least have three maybe including herself, right?

And who's stupid enough to sacrifice herself over Heard other than IO.?
