Are you trying to say that she went there before to give testimony or are you trying to say she is in England now. There have been pictures of her in Los Angeles. Sorry it does not make sense that she would fly out there now. She does not even know when she is going to be able to give testimony.

No, I am talking about before when it got delayed due to the Covid 19. Her lawyer said that even though she was risking her own health and despite the travel restrictions, she was able to get a ticket to fly there but we all know she was never going anywhere.

I don't think she actually bought a ticket. I think it was she found a flight and was waiting for them to let her go. But, the flights were halting from Los Angeles that day.

March 20:
Mr Wolanski told the court Ms Heard, 33, who is due to say that her ex-husband was abusive, was "prepared to move heaven and earth to make this trial happen and to come and give evidence".

He added: "She is currently in California, but despite all the travel problems that exist and despite the risks to her health of travelling, she has found a flight leaving Los Angeles today."

March 20: Forty million people on Friday morning woke up to a locked down-California, grappling with new rules about what to do and where to shop as the state battles the coronavirus pandemic.

At a press conference late Thursday, when Gavin Newsom, the California governor, announced a shelter-in-place order that asks people to stay home unless absolutely necessary, he said the rate of coronavirus was doubling every four days in some areas of the state. The degree to which the hospital system will be overwhelmed will depend on how Californians respond to the restrictions, he said.

That's why I think someone got her a private jet because that would have been the only way she could have traveled to the UK at that time but of course her lawyers weren't going to tell anyone that, so they lied and said she was able to get a ticket.

Oh my, who does she think she can bamboozle with her phony protestations and claims to a last minute ticket procurement - her monumental effort to do what is right despite the enormous risks to her own health and safety? AH really does believe she can wriggle the love and admiration of the rabble with a smirk and a wink (and, of course, a lie).

She knew for months that the new trial date was on Monday, March 23rd. If it was even remotely as important to her as she pretends she would have booked a flight immediately, perhaps a week or more in advance of the trial date, to ensure she would have adequate time to meet with their legal team. You know, to get all their lies synchronized, if nothing else. All this over-earnest crap to secure a last minute ticket is bogus. Where is the ticket? If no hard copy, where is the pdf on her computer? It hasn’t been that long ago. There must be a record of the purchase, the airline, and the flight - somewhere, on someone’s device.

Of course there isn’t any ticket, only a private jet being valiantly fueled up in the hangar, scrambling for an end run to London. What must be becoming more and more obvious (and flabbergasting) to Mr. Wolanski is the ease with which AH constructs the most elaborate of falsehoods to bridge loop holes and smooth over inconsistencies. He’d best watch his back as he may find himself and his firm headlining the newest circus in London-town, a knockoff of the Colonies’ laugh-a-minute troupe, Kaplan & Friends.

How much of this insulting behavior will Mr. Justice Nicol tolerate in his High Court?

TRIGGER WARNING! Look at these tweets that I just read. They are discussing the cuts on Amber's arm being even and uniform. I agree with their insinuations that she is a cutter. One of my dear friends had been a cutter and had scars like that. I hope this works:

TRIGGER WARNING! ...
REALLY??? What about all the cuts she said she got on her feet and her back? No pics of those, of course and she didn't seem to have any issues when she went back to London to practice her bad dancing, and she admitted to her friends laughing at her because she had no grace. :smh:  :dunce:

Donald Trump had already put a ban on travel to the UK. There was no way she was going there on a commercial flight. Her lawyers are just as bad liars as she is. The only last minute "ticket" she had was a one way trip to la la land.

Thanks for posting those comparison photographs, Moonbeam.

There is absolutely no similarity between AH’s “scratch” scars and the deep, ragged scars from actual broken glass cuts shown on an anonymous bearer on the next slide (tap “Show this thread”); the sole exception being the vertical direction of some of the scars in both instances.

A difficult topic for sure, but it may be a necessary one during the trial. Indeed, certainly an example of a picture being worth a thousand words.

Why do you think she was in the UK in the past month?
I have not seen anything to say that Amber has attended the UK court. Her lawyers represented her to say that she would attend for March 23 (and had found a flight to get there for that date). I think her lawyers were confident that the case would not proceed on that date due to covid19 and that she could stay in Los Angeles.

Oh, please...let's just get Whitney Heard deposed or on the stand and ask her if Amber ever decked her or why she begged Johnny to go to the apartment to talk to Amber that night. Talk about a co-conspirator...

Agree on the flights. Shady bs Bluff

Cuts on the arm. My initial thought, with all the broken glass she caused on the counter..when she put the cigarette out on Johnny’s face with her right hand, she might lean on the counter on left fore arm. He could have even pushed her back or grabbed her arm and pulled her impulsively causing cuts. It is a plausible scenario in my mind that those very few cuts could happen. Nothing anywhere else reported by Kipper or the Nurse who surely would have examined her when she have her the extra medicine. Imo

Also, she could have taken a piece of broken glass and cut herself in distress or create an injury to blame Johnny before help arrived

If the doctor attending Johnny at the hospital could tell that his finger injury was an injury of velocity, surely a doctor could tell whether Amber's cuts were from glass or a razor. So, am I understanding this correctly, she had no medical treatment for her so called glass related cuts? She was only given a heavy dose of Seroquel as reported in the recording?
