So the new recording is hard to hear. I urge you to listen to the end - there are parts where she is claiming she has evidence of his abuse (which has miraculously never appeared) - and he doesn't defend himself so I am sure her stans will seize on this. But listen to the end - unequivocal in what he says. He asks if she really believes he abused her; and if she believes she abused him - and she then mockingly says why no one will believe him. But that's not even the most interesting. When she claims that he has told reporters about her arrest record, he is just disgusted and says in such a raw, honest way that he has never told a soul. It's so pure the way he says it - and that she has effectively crossed the line and he'll see her in court. THEN listen to her fall apart. ThatBrianFella's theory that it was a poorly put together hoax that she never expected would be tested in court seems all the more spot on. She goes hysterical claiming she is just defending herself.

Some people are going to seize on individual portions and say that this show mutual abuse etc - but with the other evidence already produced, and then listen to the end - no, no way.

His side are clearly so, so confident of what they have.

It’s interesting to think about why she is saying what she is saying. She is upset he filed as well (not sure if I understand American law enough to know why that would be upsetting?) She keeps listing the evidence she could produce. Why would she do that in such a phonecall other than wanting something from him? So your theory may indeed be right..

Apparently at the beginning she says she checked spousal abuse in the divorce filing because otherwise she and her friends would be kicked out of the condo in 21 days.

The recording is posted here too a few videos down. Sounds like Johnny was doing his best to settle the divorce peacefully but no...not her. He gave her every chance but once again, she blew it when she insulted him and then he finally realized he was wasting him time and saw her for what she really is...a manipulative cruel person.

She makes me sick the way she smirks when being asked if she ever hit Johnny. Notice she either lies or doesn't answer the question...always looking back at her lawyer to see if he will object. Such a lying POS.

Be sure to listen all the way to the end. There have been comments - especially from RK - that Johnny does not deny any of the abuse allegations hurled at him by AH, either directly or by insinuation. At he end, there is this exchange:

But more seriously - yes, Johnny is bigger than her, although he is not that big, and probably also stronger. But for me the pertinent question would be: who is the most vicious of the two of them?
And I definitely think, that Ms Heard wins there hands down!

Dear Lord - doesn't this just say it all? Tweet from Kathy Griffin:

"I am not going to read one single response, so haters, don’t bother. It’s a simple but detailed thesis explaining how it progressed. It feels like the campaign against her is very well-funded? and the volume makes me feel it is very well coordinated?" (she links an article which basically speaks in generalisations and ignores any actual facts or specifics about the case).

I mean - I can almost sympathise more with the deluded souls who are picking the conversations apart and clutching at straws - but if you don't even have the confidence to look at the evidence and dispute it? Absolutely unbelievable.
