I also noticed in the recording Amber never said to Johnny that she was hitting him to protect her "baby sister" like she did in the deposition and she never mentioned this to his security Travis when she lied about hitting Johnny.

Whether she wins the lawsuit (and I don't see how she can), she is now fully exposed for the violent, abusive, conniving monster she is. The world hears it in her own words unfiltered. I hope she is ruined in the same way that she attempted to ruin Johnny. I never believed Johnny was capable of abusing anyone. I admire Johnny for standing up for himself, and I want to send a huge "Thank You" to all Johnny's friends, family and fans who believed in him, stood by him, and helped him get through this horrible event

Well the Twitter world heard it and Daily Mail subscribers. But the main stream media will never back pedal. I’m honestly a bit worried his side leaked it. I believe they did. Makes me think a last ditch effort to get evidence out. Like they aren’t confident in judges decision. Even at the end of Brian’s video he says see you next time “if there is a next time”. Sent shivers down my back

You don’t submit evidence to the court at this stage. You just exchange with lawyers. Later it will get submitted and argued if admissible. I firmly believe this was leaked. Like the Franco letter. I don’t know who leaked the letter. Depp team could if they are worried about the judge. Or AH team to scare Franco from depo

Yes certainly. Plausible ideas. But in those cases at this time I think the audio could have only come from his team. All other cases sealed up tight I believe

The Daily Mail reported that AH herself recorded this session and at the end of Brian’s YouTube you hear her say her battery is running out. So she already has these. In the audio Johnny says “send me the recordings. Text then to me”. Maybe she didn’t and Depp team just got these through discovery.

Well said, Larkwoodgirl. I want to add that in the end, what will be the definitive outcome to all this mess is that the recordings state the whole truth. Even though we want to see Amber Heard testifying in court, these powerful recordings tell the world who is the real abuser.
We fans and soldiers of Johnny do what we have to do to defend and protect him and we won't quit. Our loyalty will always remain steadfast and true!

You may be right, but Amber has made a lot of enemies. Including some of those she originally roped into her scam. It is not unthinkable that someone unrelated to the Virginia case could have released this.

I think the recording was released by Johnny's team but so what? It only proves that she lied in her deposition multiple times:

She said that she didn't know what objects hit him
She didn't know what part of her body came into contact with him
She only hit him once
She hit him with the door when she was trying to exit a room

And I'm sure the list goes on an on because there are more recordings.

Now she know how it feels to be set up.
