Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Page Six has not been very favorable to Johnny these past few years.
Well, I believe that TMG has committed some crimes, some of which are difficult to prove, but all go through the crime of trust and I also believe that Tracey shouldn't have been fired for financial reasons, but rather because some fraud, such as changing the information that came to Johnny, could only happen with the knowledge or information coming from her.
TMG may have stolen a lot from Johnny, but he has no way to accuse them of everything, because the money was given to them in a lawful way, in trust and even if they have used the money for other purposes that Johnny disapproves of, it is not a crime if TMG doesn't integrate his movable assets into its own assets.
As well as not paying the tax, but I believe Johnny has consistent evidence to prove fraud, just as TMG committed tax crime

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Update:
A CAA spokesperson commented, “CAA did not reduce commissions, nor was the subject even broached. To state otherwise is categorically false.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Thanks Sweeney Todd!
Good and quick answer from CAA.
Tracey Jacobs could also have been ethical and denied the news.
I believe Johnny is being well assisted currently.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I'm so sorry, Sweeney Todd. I truly didn't intend to come across as being so arrogantly skeptical. Guess I was being dense. I just keep flashing back to the unqualified, and very heartfelt "Thank You" Johnny had published in various newspapers, etc. upon Tracey's UTA anniversary (I believe that may have been the occasion, but not certain), not to mention the many times he'd spoken with such regard for her in interviews, etc. Anyone trying to prop up someone/something other than Johnny as the victim in this twisted, long-played setup should be drawn and quartered.Sweeney Todd wrote:Yeah, that's what I'm saying! Sweeney, could you post links to your sources when you post newsquotes, please? Or even just name the source if you can't link to it. Thank you.

Johnny Depp Says Ex-Managers Suing Him Is a Joke, IRS Docs Prove It
2/22/2017 2:58 PM PST
Johnny Depp's ex-managers have a collective brass pair for suing him ... according to Johnny who says he has massive tax receipts to prove how much they screwed him.
Depp and his old management firm, TMG, are locked in a huge legal battle -- first, Johnny said they defrauded him out of $25 million and then TMG filed a countersuit against him. But in new docs, Johnny says it's laughable they'd try to sue him.
According to the docs, Johnny says TMG cost him more than $6 million in fines and penalties to the IRS from 2000 to 2015. He says the firm also dropped a seven-figure screw job on him for his California state taxes. To be clear, Depp's already paid the penalties, but he ain't happy about it.
Depp says his new management discovered TMG's "negligence and misconduct" in 2016 -- it's one of the reasons he originally filed his fraud lawsuit last month.
He's submitting the proof of bad performance to convince a judge to toss TMG's suit against him.
