Thanks for posting this. What a shamefully biased, poor excuse for a doc! The episode supposedly focusing on his side doesn't even touch on any of his evidence or the several witness statements against her. They played many audios but not the one where she admitted to hitting him and starting fights. I think one of the lowlights is the lady in yellow claiming he didn't want AH to work and that he wanted to be the only star in the relationship.. when he heavily supported her career, showed up for several events promoting HER movies, and even participated in London Fields as a favor so she could get the lead role. Just insane the lengths they go to paint him badly and erase all the nice stuff he did such as letting her leeching friends stay at his condos rent free, etc.

This doc was clearly made to manipulate the masses into believing her and thinking he had no case, but thankfully it clearly failed as I didn't see anyone talking about it outside our circles.

I think if it doesn’t happen in July it could take another year. I don’t wish that on Johnny
I was reading through the posts on this page - and when I came to this little one I could feel my stomach just flat out drop. No net.

Is another postponement possibility - a year-long one, no less - an absolute worst case scenario just included to cover all bases or is it, indeed, a likelihood?
That old comment that it could be another year was because of COVID and both UK and USA courts were backing up. Criminal trials are taking precident over civil trials, so there was a fear of a year delay. And we saw that with Johnny Virginia

Now we might face the same. She is screaming and ranting and raving over doing her deposition without a mast along with all her demands. Fairfax has extended its COVID protocals. So who knows if COVID will mess up this trial again.

Re Trial by Vide: Any witness outside of 100 miles cannot be compeled to give live testimony in court (other than Johnny and Amber and their expert witntess they each hired). So there are two choices 1)since Judge A approved live video link testimony (like in UK) key witnesses can give live testimony from California, etc. 2) it was decided earlier, that all depositions would be videotaped with the understanding the parts the judge deemed admissible would be played to the jury as testimony.

Whew, we've already learned allot from making the first two episodes and gonna try a new "outline" to hopefully streamline the testimony of the key witnesses, etc. So much to cover, double check, cross reference.

People should be aware that there is a chance this trial can get delayed due to discovery issues but this is not uncommon. In fact, it happens a lot.

Pretty sure thats what delayed the first Brooks trial. They were arguing (motions) on limine (admissibility) and few days before trial it got postponed

Ok Lbock the podcast is just getting better. I thought you dealt with Laura Divinere and Christina Sexton particularly clearly - my goodness Christina was all over the place.

The only problem is the more I listen the more uncomfortable I feel about the graveness of the injustice.

AH couldn't even get her lies straight when she briefed her friends. She told them details which were all over the place, and then Christina embellished what she'd heard.

I sort of want to see a huge spread sheet of all the contradictions between the witnesses.

Also have I understood correctly that we still don't know for sure who made the 911 call on 21 May? Didn't Raquel say it was her or have I made that up?
