Depp team has filed in California to Compel Eric George to sit for another deposition and answer more questions as ordered by Judge Azcarate. AH claimed Defense of Council, so she waived her right to any privilege surrounding anything, anything to do with the prep and publishing of the OPED,.

Including - Did Eric George ever ask her if she was abused, and what did he did to ascertain that she was actually abused. Among many other questions he refused to answer

Also sorry back to Elaine publishing the addresses and phone numbers of the witnesses. Any views on what happens now? In Europe that kind of breach of privacy- anything to do with personal data- is very serious. I hope she gets sanctioned, it is just appalling - has she even apologised?

LBock: Sanctions for putting personal info out there? The damage is done - what legal recourse is available? This is just plain dirty - intimidating at it's worse. Can EB get canned for this?

I could not believe it when I saw the personal information released in the exhibit attached to the latest court docs.
Did Elaine really do it on purpose? Also, why??

The parts of Tracy Jacobs deposition were not troubling for me at all, nothing new to see. It just painted JD as a human, with lots of responsibility. If he screws up, its natural that it could have bigger impact on filming f.e.

Sidenote: I miss Adam on Twitter and can't wait for the Judge to shut down her fourth (?) attempt to dismiss the case.

Idk about sanctions for personal data. It’s covered in the protective order, but all the subpoenas have a service/home address from both sides

Eric said he had nothing to do with the private investigator

I’m pretty sure they are pursuing the dismissal with the UK judgement, but it hasn’t been uploaded yet

I was previously surprised by the home addresses listed in subpoenas. I was more surprised that the contact list had personal phone numbers including for people who have not been subpoenaed or given witness statements.
I question the accuracy of the list given it has the same email for Savannah McMillan and Samantha McMillen.

Home addresses on subpoenas is one thing, although a lot of them were served through attorneys or agencies, but releasing e-mails and phone numbers is bad. These people were probably forced to change their phone numbers. I'm sure Elon Musk, James Franco and many others' phones are ringing off the hook with paparazzi, media, fans, etc.
