So let me get this straight...Elon Musk gave donations to the CHLA on her behalf and the ACLU got nothing, Amber Heard's lawyers Jennifer Robinson, Elaine Charlson Bredehoft and NGN lawyer Sasha Wass knowingly represented a liar in court.

So 500k donated to CHLA by an anonymous donor on her recommendation. We also know that Art of Elysium received an anonymous donation of 250k in her name (Jennifer Howell confirmed).

This is my prediction for her statement on this:

"As I have always said the entire amount of my divorce settlement was donated to charity. Unfortunately due to Johnny's continue campaign of abuse and harassment against me I was unable to make the donation personally but the charities still received the money which is the only thing which matters. This was never about money for me other than the good that I could do as a result of it."

Of course this nonsense can be shot to pieces - any sensible person would have understood that she was giving the divorce money away, not getting others to reach into their own pockets for her. The CHLA donation letter was written in 2017 - is that right? Johnny didn't begin legal proceedings against her until much later. And her witness statement in the UK made the correlation between her charitable donations and proof that she was not a gold digger.

The public already cannot stand her. But watch the MSM either ignore this or spin her lines for her.

I think out of anyone she has dirt on Elon Musk would be the one and he is on the board of The Sun. We know she was setting Johnny up for years. I imagine she was doing the same things to Elon.

As much as I appreciate Adams tweets, I fear for him and am afraid of a gag order.
Until now, his tweets strongly indicate she did not donate, but I want a written piece of evidence! CHLA stationary confirming that the donation wasn't made. I have trust issues...but I understand if he can't release material.

Could his tweeting hurt the ongoing appeal?

I doubt Elon has much concern about personal matters being revealed. He has not presented himself as virtuous.
The Securities Commission is something he might be concerned about. AH should not know about business matters but who really thinks she doesn't eavesdrop or leave a recording device running or look at other people's documents. She might have something that she could threaten to go to authorities. "Evidence" might be out of context and misleading but still damaging to share price.
