Wouldn't it be LOVELY to have a POSITIVE verdict for Team Depp, with a surprise announcement that Australia has voted to PRESS CHARGES for PERJURY in "doggie- gate" against Heard. What an upswing for this horrible year the world is suffering through. Agreed?

It would Granna but I don't think we are going to be that lucky to get both. I will gladly settle for a good judgement.

There is too much to process today:

- news of when we get the judgement
- Crock of Gold trailer and articles
- news JD is quite rightly getting another award (for Minamata)
- and I woke up this morning to the shocking news that AH had treated an artist/designer very shoddily, ripped off her stuff etc and let it go unacknowledged on Instagram. As I say - shocking. Glad the lady in question so forcefully spoke out.

You know, I used to think most people were basically good souls. I still do, but I must admit that AH has seriously opened my eyes to an absolutely horrific personality type! The sociopathic narcissist. I have known my own personal horrors and learned from them. Little miss I-can-do-whatever-I-want still shocks me in her audacious daily actions!! She cares about One Thing, Herself! She just walks right over people, like that artist!! And dear Johnny!! I pray she is de-clawed to the point that she cannot continue to harm others!! Moonbeam: Thank you so much for the info. This should come as no surprise to anyone. She copies everything one way ir another - illegal records, morphing into a female version of Depp, statements, rape stories, etc., nothing of her own to speak of. She has tried to master the art of lying butt off though.

I would love it too but my gut feeling tells me nobody came out of this case in the UK in a good light. From what I read, most legal people were of the opinion thought Johnny had a good chance at winning. Nobody from The Sun even testified. Dan Wooten was interviewed recently and Johnny's name was brought up. He immediately said "Don't bring up that name to me."

Depositions and testimony in UK. Amber is basically gonna claim Josh and Raquel saw my injury and damges and took pictures, so they must be dirty cops not to also see and help me. She'll claim its common for victims to be afraid to talk to the police. But she never filed a report, even days/weeks later as her attornies claimed they would. And Josh & Raquel benefited from lying to get a free condo per the letter.

LBock: Does Heard's team have the right to ask for the records pertaining to the police officers? I thought it was said and done at the UK trial. Do you think that the situation will become more desperate when the judge in the UK makes his ruling - and team Depp prevails? When is enough - enough? With the avalanche of the BS paperwork team Heard is producing.

They have a right to pretty much ask for anything. Depp has a right to oppose it. AH has a right to oppose his opposition. Depp has a right to ask for a judicial ruling because its clearly stupid. If judge disagrees it goes to the formal hearing in February in California where it gets argued and then Judge issues a ruling.

Judge can only go on her/his claims.

AH can't end the case in VA so as a defendent they have to do whatever they can. It will be up to Johnny to settle or move on with the case, after the ruling in UK

Also, AH filed a counterclaim, although on the surface seems ludicrous to us, the Judge did boot Adam, so its possible some parts of her counterclaim may stick, and that's a lawsuit Johnny will not have to defend.

And here I thought that the official narrative said that the police/peace officers clearly noticed harm both to the condo and her.
But I understand! That was only one version of the truth, the whole truth, and .... Savvy?

In the UK trial, it is not just about the verdict (of defamation or not) but what the judgement will contain.
The judgement has taken so long to be ready, I am expecting/hoping that it will be a long document that will explain how Judge Nicol reached his conclusion. I don't expect he will comment any criminal behaviour because there has not been a criminal investigation. I expect he will say which witnesses he thought credible and which were unreliable or inconsistent.
