That anyone thought I was making excuses for Heard, you are sorely mistaken. I’m trying to find an explanation because Zack is NOT a hypocrite, not even close. And it makes no sense that he would bring her back unless he was forced to.

What little we know is that there is possibly a certain scene setting up the next film where a few characters might be together. And maybe Mera is there because by then, spoiler alert, certain heroes are dead. That’s pure speculation and by the way, Grace Randolph (who’s been pedaling Heard coming back for A2 and this nonsense that Johnny’s role could be reduced in post on FB3)’s YT channel is owned by the same company that owns Deadline and now a major part of THR.

Coincidence? Don’t think so. Could this be a red herring and she’s not actually part of the shoot? Who knows. Also, there is no unused footage on ZSJL, there is an existing cut that is being expanded upon.

I’m rereading. No gag order wasn’t specific to Adam. I think it applies to all in the case. Let’s see what statements her side make. Hmmmm

Pay no attention to those paid minions for Amber Heard. Most, if not all, of them know nothing about the case. They have not listened to the recordings or read any of the transcripts, either.

The really amusing thing is that actually some of her stans have listened the whole long recording of the first tape which came out - every so often I amuse myself by reading a thread they write. One of them posted two pages of transcript saying words to the effect of "look at this - Brian edited bits out". Well yes he did, he made a manageable YouTube post about it. Did the bits he left out make AH look any less violent, narcissistic, self obsessed etc? No - it took the story forward not one single step.

Their only argument regarding those tapes is that Brian edited them. Big deal - edited, unedited - she is the aggressor. And note - it was the whole tape submitted in evidence, not Brian's video.

I keep reading one of the AH stans saying "don't believe the tapes, his side edited" - NEVER EVER followed up with "and here is an example of JD saying X,Y. Z to her which proves that he's an abuser".

I would like someone to point out the bit to me on that tape which makes him look bad. There is even an awful bit at the very end which no one has alighted on when they've "made up" and are just talking about the rest of their evening. He talks about his son texting him to say he's coming over - and she even has to manipulate then and claim to know more about what Jack's doing that evening, than what he's told his father. It actually really broke my heart, she used his own children against him - or tried to.

Honestly if it's the tapes Adam got the wrap for then it was totally worth it.

Brian only has certain amount of time of what he can put on twitter. These AH stands don't get that.

My opinion only. I think judge didn’t like Adam serving two masters. He was attorney of record in Fairfax. Not on record for UK. So anything he tweeted was perceived by general public as Fairfax representation. We will see. But we really don’t know anything definite

My concern now is that if the judge found Adam culpible enough to boot him, I fear the parts in her counterclaim pointing to Adam may move forward. When you file a claim, you don't need evidence, just support of the law, "Cause of Action" also "legal sufficiency of the law"

Demurrer: A defense asserting that even if all the factual allegations in a complaint are true, they are insufficient to establish a valid cause of action.

Per Ben Chew filing regarding his Motion for a Continuance, he sited that AH was or had subpoenaed Adam Waldman. So we have that battle to look forward to especially if her counterclaim survives any part of the demurrer/plea-in-bar

All I know is that no matter what happens Amber Heard is finally exposed and she doesn't like it. She has not had any real role since Aquaman because nobody wants to work with her anymore. She has to call the paparazzi now when she is at the barn or on her nature walks just to try and stay relevant.

Don't know if anyone noticed but the latest pic of her "hiking" Josh Drew is with her. Real nice hanging arouond with her ex BFF's ex husband.
