If team-Heard's intention is to learn how many twitter accounts tweeting anti-Heard sentiments are from Russia, then that it the question they should ask Twitter to answer. They don't need names or IP addresses of individual accounts. Number of accounts by region (such as North America or Western Europe or Eastern Europe for example) would indicate whether there is any basis for their theory.
I doubt Twitter would even answer that without being court ordered.

I found the ACLU amicus brief they filed against Nunes to help twitter users privacy
I hope Depp team can use ACLU against AH

What a delightful twist! I'd love to be a fly on the wall of the ACLU discussions over this knotty (for them) problem!

This doesn’t sound good. Nonetheless, thanks to Lbock for the update.

Johnny lost his request to delay his deposition. It was a long shot I believe. He is now court mandated to give his deposition November 10, 11, 12 in VA.
VA has lifted mandatory isolation. UK has allowed filming with no isolation as long as workers stay in their bubble and get tested. (Home, travel to and from work)
He was properly notice of his depo which he refused. Judge awarded $650 in recorder costs and awarded reasonable court costs to AH for bringing this Compel motion. Judge will ultimately decide the reasonable fees after hearing from both sides
Not sure why judge wouldn’t allow live link. But I think because restrictions lifted for the most part
Seeing lots of people upset about his film schedule. Not the courts responsibility. Think about one of us “regular people” sues someone but tells the judge I have to work all week so can only attend court on the weekends. Depp brought the suit & is obligated to do things. Depp requested delay-Judge denied. WB will do their best to work around and be pissed at AH

The covid numbers are on the rise in the US - Nov 10th is 3 1/2 weeks away. Things could close down by that time so we will have to wait to see if he has to come back to the US or not. The virus doesn't care about court orders.

One good thing: AH’s request for WB/JD docs seems to have been denied.
Also, is the CA decision re:
“Plaintiff’s (i.e. AH’s) Motion to Sustain Demurrer and Plea in Bar Praecipe” still due today?
Agree with your optimism, Lbock: “. . . . WB will do their best to work around and be pissed at AH.”

To be honest, I’m hearing as film work moves forward all the COVID restrictions are really slowing the process. They may not even really need Johnny until December

Update: as of now, VA has lifted their isolation restrictions for travelers. And UK has made special allowances for film workers

From what hear (and I could be wrong) the UK is in pretty bad shape right now regarding the Covid-19 virus. It could affect filming anyway.

As long as the filming workers are maintaining protocols and nobody getting sick (creating a hot spot) I think they will be safe. And Boris said he was going to rank areas versus treat all Uk the same

They are all quarantining right? I noticed that JD mentioned that when he sent his thank you for the Exceptional award (do not know whole name).
