Johnny has filed his brief to sustain (dismiss) Demurree and Plea in Bar against her entire claim

AH filed another motion to compel Depp for documents that had been agreed to and/or the judge ordered from back in mid-August. They had agreed to deliver them by September 30. Still not sure why she filed another motion to compel, but she added allot like tax records, financial records, lots about Adam communications.

It's hard to cross reference everything the way she files, but I think I got this correct:

The judge issued another Consent Order and nothing has changed as far as I can tell. All of the items Depp opposed in his Motion appear to be agreed to:

She is really trying to muddying the waters so the judge and jury can't see that she can't prove:
A) that he abused her.
B) that her up ed didn't cause him to lose the role of Jack
C) that he's behind an online smear campaign
As far as I can see as an armchair, amateur lawyer that is what this is all about. But she is pumping out so much gas - of the gas lightning kind - that she is poisoning the whole thing ...

Meeps: I hope all of this unholy cluster, comes back on her. Trying everything and anything to get dismissed. When JD gets to court just watch - Team Heard will try something for it to become a mistrial or something. Like AH said in the UK trial- "I haven't scratched the surface. " There is more evil up her sleeve. The best thing Elaine can do is bail and run like the devil -AWAY from AH just as fast as she can.

That's what I was thinking. I am sure that people in the legal field have seen this type of "play" many, many times by meanies who try to manipulate the system by muddying the waters so that the truth remains covered up. Anyone who performs such a convoluted and complicated dance of deception does so because they are desperately hiding something they do not want exposed. I dearly hope that the-powers-that-be can see that. I am hedging my bets that they can.

AH is dancing to a very wicked beat. It will definitely intensify with more outrageous request/demands to try and bury JD & Co., under an avalance of BS, hoping thar JD will drop everything. IF she would be able to convince the court to drop the case or Team Depp for that matter - can you imagine the none stop slanderous smear campaign? AH would be relentless in her efforts to try to destroy JD making more outrageous claims, taunting him, his kids, family and friends.

As to your concern #b - her subpoena to Disney will NOT be as helpful as she thinks. 1) Disney will take care of Disney; especially from the likes people like herself; 2) I am sure Disney has heard the tapes concerning JD's finger - that set back cost Disney; 3) if memory serves - Disney asked JD to send AH home because of disruptions on the set. ( Wasn't she actually BANNED by Disney to be on the set?) I can't remember - there is so much BS in this unholy cluster.

If this is correct - that will be one INTERESTING meeting between Elaine, Disney and Adam.

Depp coming out strong against her latest motion. Seems they are no longer being gentlemen with this new law team. Calling them out for gamemanship, violating Judical Fairfax Procedures. Accusing them of trying to rush decisions counter to what the Judge in California is deciding - re subpoenas for CHLA and Jennifer Howell at least.

Not to mention, her counterclaim, if it moves forward, will certainly open the door to many more discovery issues for Depp to pursue.

With regards to Disney subpoena quash and negotiation in California. Apparently, her prior lawyer (Davida Brooks) came to an agreement with Disney what they did and did not want. Narrowed their scope as much as possible to preclude any docments that could help Depp

Here is a minute order/update from California regarding the subpoenas AH wants to Quash that Depp is fighting for. I think the reference for sanctions is regarding Disney, as I can't find any other sanction requests (for California)

I really can't believe Amber's new lawyer is ruining her good own reputation with such a loser case and doing all these desperate attempts when Amber takes her hissy fits. After seeing her resume I thought she was better than this but now my opinion of her is right down there at the bottom of the barrel. If she had any sense at all she would run for the hills just like Kaplan did.
