I am trying hard to hang on. I am so upset at what Johnny has had to go through in this last week! I dearly hope he can rest some this weekend! I thought I would post this:



It shows AH on social media totally wasted!! So, she doesn't imbibe?? Right!!
Or should we say that she only drinks 2 or 3 CUPS of wine? (2 or 3 BOTTLES was Johnny's correction.) Methinks it is more than wine here!

Can I just ask what everyone understands about the end of yesterday - when we lost the wonderful Nick so we were left a bit hanging.

He has promised to share transcripts as he gets them.

This is just my opinion but I think relationships may end because of time. 14 years is a long time and the passion of the beginning was probably not there anymore but the break up was exacerbated by the way Amber sold herself as this "incredible alien" who liked everything he liked and loved books and music etc he said it in interviews..."She is from another time...She is like an old retro movie star. She knows music that only me and her know. She reads all these incredible books" etc etc But one must not forget that she had been a huge JD fan since she was a kid and knew everything about him.

No one could stand to live indefinitely with the passion of the beginning. Time does change a relationship, but with time I think a couple can become more like really dear and devoted friends. The relationship can be really special in those later phases.

From what others have said, JD was asked to look at the infamous photo of AH's bruised face from 21 May incident. He was asked by QC to look at the metadata/when it was taken and he said 21 May ie correct day - but at midnight. Apparently according to eye witness on twitter, QC said "let's leave the time for now" and JD laughed.

One of the big mistakes Raquel and AH made in their witness statements was that they said they immediately took a photo when JD left the apartment. And their problem has always been that the police officers did not see what was on that photo.

Now people are speculating that she took the photo at midnight - about three and a half hours later - ie time to 'fix' her face, but surely midnight on 21 May is about 20 hours before the phone was thrown?

Have I got this totally wrong?

One of the news people was reporting live. She is not as detailed as Nick was but she gave updates and times as things happened. Said she would be back on Monday.

Please correct me if my memory fails me. I seem to remember that during the last week, it came up that AH wanted to spend 2 weeks with some guy in Spain while married to Johnny. She hid from Johnny the fact that those two had been involved at some point, which he found out.
I ask you. Do you think it in any way appropriate for a 'wife' to run off for a tryst for 2 weeks? COME ON!!

Their “update” lead-in on Friday to the July 16th meeting between Johnny and AH includes a slick and unforgivably misleading lie: Johnny never threatened AH throughout the entire audio tape. But that is not what the casual reader will come away with, as intended.

I thought that Johnny did well on the stand, being calm, collected, and courteous; but I haven't liked reading the news about it. This article has relieved my anxiety.

She/he also claimed in the direct transcript that Johnny was the "generic white male" the cops met when they came to check on AH.
So either there's a biased slant already there - as in: the abuser was present so the poor little woman didn't dare speak out - or the person doing the transcript just doesn't care to be precise.

So sorry to harp on about this but read through the transcript on day four if you do a search for the word midnight you find the exchange about the metadata on the 21 May photo. JD is asked to confirm the date. 21st May. Then he says "The time looks like midnight I guess". To which QC says "Do not worry about the time. It was taken on that date."

Indeed but if taken 20 hours before the alleged incident and this photo has been submitted now in three different court proceedings, (TRO, Virginia and London) that is huge isn't it? That is falsifying evidence surely which must carry penalties.

And checked Raquel's evidence - she said she took a photo immediately JD left and has submitted in with her evidence.
