I'm not sure who's side we're on in this one. Is it in our interest for TMG to win or for Amber to get what she wants from them?

Johnnys team filed an opposition to AH compelling TMG and Johnny also filed a statement of his own. No good can come from giving her access to TMG and Johnnys business records from his “enemies”. If it’s true TMG is the subject of an ongoing Federal probe then they also don’t want to be involved. But they had threatened to ruin Johnny when he filed the lawsuit against TMG and Johnny refused an early settlement.

I believe we should root for TMG to win this one. Everyone says things in anger. With the lawsuit between JD and TMG I'm sure they lashed out. Now that they are under Federal probe, I don't believe they would be able to give the records that she is requesting anyway. This is nothing more than a smear campaign. They are looking for something so hard to damage this man's career even further.

Let's face it, if he did this heinous crime she would have produced the records immediately. She's stalling because she knows he didn't do it. She is not willing to step up to the plate to admit that she's lied.

Everything that she has been requesting should be denied until she fulfills her obligation. She has yet to sign a medical waiver, medical records, the rest of her text messages, metadata , etc.

January 6 filing: Two of Johnnys attorneys for the defamation case have withdrawn. No reason given and there usually isn’t.

Robert Gilmore and Kevin Attridge from Stein, Michelle, Beato and Missner LLC. Gilmore was the one who misspoke in Johnnys motions for Public/media setting the judge off

When Ben Chew had to withdraw during TMG it was because his firm took on a client that he had some past with creating a conflict of interest. Had nothing to do with Johnny. He changed firms and repped Johnny again

So there could be tons of reasons. Including money. Adam said they were moving to contract legal representation. Maybe their contract is up 🤷🏻‍♀️

More thoughts on lawyers withdrawing .. just an opinion

Adam said they were switching to contract lawyers last year. Buckley was let go last dec 2018. So I think similar timing here that’s why I’m thinking contract wasn’t renewed. Otherwise why withdraw now with a pending dismissal. Let it play out. But if Johnny is no longer paying them. They can’t receive further documents, info on case. Etc. Adam said they’d pool all their resources after Bloom. They also were not part of Rocky trial.

Pending dismissal? I think we should just wait. Judge White issued a STERN BACKLASH to Team Heard, on what was being leaked to media outlets. There were NO OTHER TRO's requested by Heard, during her time with JD. Her statement , "then two years ago," she was put in the forefront ," etc. Let's stay positive, shall we?

Hello my dears,
I have only a technical point.... is it possible to post this type of links in the future as foreveryoung does?
Instead of those as with lbock does for example?

I guess it's the same source.

I have been reading secretly your thread for months, but I am European and not so good in English. The first type of link can be copied into a translation program. The second not :smh: Our legal system is slightly different from the American one. Some things are difficult to understand for me because of this.
But of course I like your forum very much. Every day the News about Johnny are always the most interesting to me.
Thank you and please excuse my English ;-)

Just a suggestion :heart4: If you know how to do that technically, you could take the link no matter how that looks like, copy the text on the web page, paste it into Goggle's translate "engine", and have it turned into passable German  I'm guessing here, that you're German  Would that help?
I am willing to help with the technically bits if need be :airkiss2: But if you like my help we should probably use the message section of the board for that. I just answered you here so others with the same problem might read my suggestion, too

I think both examples I posted are .pdf files. I was just hoping it was the type of link. I can copy the ForeverYoung file with the right mouse button, but not others.
Thank you for your answers and back to topic :-)

A PDF document can be converted to Word format with the right software. Once you have the document in Word format you should be able to translate it.
