Re: The Lawsuits Thread
No doubt Johnny was a huge influence in getting her movie work. But when the better expected roles for her became few and far between, I think that's when her frustrations of not zooming to the top in lightning speed didn't happen, she took it out on Johnny.
Fast forward and we have a broken man. Thank goodness he chose to go public and fight back with lawsuits.
Entertainment Tonight Online posted today with a pic of the x-ray of Johnny's finger, showing the broken bone.
The article also has a statement from Adam Waldman, who once again, shares the witness list as it grows longer.

2) I think Meeps and Rumlover are right about her blackmailing people to get favors done. IMO She has been getting roles this way. And since met Johnny and then Elon, she got a bigger pool to fish in.
I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to say anything bad about European's. I should have said people who read and respond to the Daily Mail. It's a British tabloid, that is why I incorrectly said "people of Europe." I know people from many countries including the US read and comment on the Daily Mail. The point I was trying to make is that The Daily Mail seems to try to push Amber Heard's agenda. They give people an unrealistic idea of her power and popularity. I apologize again for offending anyone, that was not my intention.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
You are right about Daily Mail but it isn't a group of people, just one person, imo, and this person posts under many names, sometimes at the same time and sometimes later but it's always the same stuff. She doesn't have as much support as people think she does on that site. I really believe she pays off that site because they block/moderate comments a lot and post things in support of her and against Johnny . Some other sites like Just Jared are her friends and she even told a front desk clerk at the Eastern Building that she has friend a People and and asked them to retract their story about seeing her with no bruises.Judymac wrote:I don't think she is powerful in Hollywood. She was a nobody until she got together with Johnny Depp. Remember she was still with Johnny when she got her part in Aquaman. Now, that she and Johnny are not together she is close to being a nobody again. She is trying to obtain power by proclaiming herself a victim and spokesperson on domestic violence. She has to keep her name in the news to even remain relevant. There is a huge difference in getting a few acting parts and being powerful in Hollywood. Johnny Depp is iconic. Amber Heard is not and never will be an A list celebrity. Amber Heard does not even come close to having the type of fan base as Johnny Depp. She has a small contingent of loud mouth fans. I haven't read comments in the Daily Mail in a long time. But, I used to notice that everyone who commented favorably for Amber Heard used almost the same words. It appeared to me that a small group of people were using different names to make favorable comments for Amber. This makes it look like she has a bigger fan base. Also her fan base has to make a lot of noise, it is all they have left. Her fan base does not want to admit it but she is going to be exposed as a hoaxer. They are desperately clinging to the idea that she is innocent even though the evidence does not support that. I think people outside of the US have an inaccurate view of her power and fame. If you asked people in the US to name A list celebrities, nobody would mention Amber Heard.
Also, I am puzzled as to what information she would have to blackmail anyone?

I have seen pictures of Johnny's finger on Brian McPherson's Twitter, and now the x-ray. I can not even begin to imagine how much pain he was in.Chocolat wrote:No doubt Johnny was a huge influence in getting her movie work. Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Wasn't it exposed some time ago that she was paying people to support/follow her on social media and using bots to bolster her image. I know I read about it quite a while ago.

See should be saving her pennies instead of paying for fake social media posts. The lawsuit is going to cost her dearly. She is about to discover that being a shameless abuser and liar is expensive.

I wonder who will pay ther lawyers. What do they expect from that lawsuit? Money, fame, Heard will not have much money left when Johnny wins.

Oh goodness there is more. Another witness who not only says she is lying but that she was the violent one. Awful.

ThatBrianFella's twitter account has the actual statement - his children were on the island. She also says Greg Williamson took photos of Amber the next day - which people have surmised before. And guess what? She was bruise free.

Thanks for the heads up Ade, just saw that on Twitter. The more I read the more horrified I become.Ade-ele wrote:ThatBrianFella's twitter account has the actual statement - his children were on the island. And Heard did not communicate with that woman. Only through her assistant or through Johnny. Is this the way a humanitarian behaves?

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Tara Roberts is a powerful witness. (Bless her heart for coming forward) She saw and heard the abuse, even stepped between Johnny and the maniac, Amber Heard. I don't know what else to say. It's all so horrifying.

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
She probably has insurance but nowhere near $50 million in coverage ! Lawsuits aren't based on how money the alleged perpetrator has, but on the amount of the alleged damage. If damage is shown to be intentional or malicious, much larger damages may be awarded additionally as a penalty. Her lawyers will drop her if she doesn't pay them as agreed. Her problem.reindeermoon wrote:I wonder who will pay ther lawyers. What do they expect from that lawsuit? Money, fame, Heard will not have much money left when Johnny wins.
If her vicious acts against Johnny - more of which sadly seem to be coming out daily - are proven, I hope Johnny gets as much money as possible from her in any way possible; at least $33,333,333 plus his attorneys fees from the Australia dog incident, the divorce and all his related defamation lawsuits. Given the declarations attesting that she lied to US Immigration about her assistant Savannah's status and was shown to try to suborn perjury from Kevin to get the dogs into Australia illegally, I hope those entities charge her.
To go back a little re my post about Amber being powerful, The Blast's article from a couple days ago had this from Adam Waldman:
I meant that for now she probably has the support of other people and entities that want to see Johnny silenced: TMG, the Bloom lawyers, ACLU, #metoo, People Magazine (and any other media or people who may be subject to JD suing them if he wins The Sun and the Heard lawsuits), Musk, Franco, Ari Emanuel was mentioned during the TMG or Bloom matters, Heard's pack of grifter friends and, if gossip is true, her drug connection and his other Hollywood clients who don't want to be exposed.Ms. Heard remains propped up by hoax-enablers including Rupert Murdoch’s tabloid the Sun and her corporate and ‘philanthropic’ partners.
As for blu checkmarks not supporting him publicly, they're probably afraid of being attacked as anti #metoo or misogynistic. Also, I agree with whoever wrote that JD probably asked them not to: she sued Stanhope and "20 other John Does." Johnny got those dropped as part of the divorce settlement. If JD insisted on paying the costs of that legal work, as he probably did for his friends and sister, he probably doesn't want anyone else getting sued by the nasty witch. She knows this as well, and it probably inflates her ego. But JD'S evidence is sure making a lot of noise!

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I thought the truenorth180 man was the only person who checked on the island year round. Cool that lovely Tara lives there all year. (I would love that; the best part getting to help JD and interact with him once in a while!)reindeermoon wrote:And Heard did not communicate with that woman. Heard thinks she's above "the help," the law, and everyone else once they're no longer useful. Can't wait to see her fall.
