Thank you Teresa, I can't believe I dropped the ball on this one. They are going to be in Aurora, IL this Thursday 7-7, a 3 hour drive!! So close but yet so far!! I saw Johnny and Alice in Phoenix at the 2012 Christmas Pudding event and absolutely loved it! Sometimes life just has to take precedence over my Johnny OCD. Maybe they will add some August dates! One can only hope, whoever is lucky enough to attend, enjoy and thanks in advance for the pictures, loving them!!

They seem to be staying in the northern part of the country.
Maybe they will head south when the weather is cooler.

Probably not...Alice is booked pretty solid through the end of October, and Aerosmith is touring from the end of September through the end of October.SnoopyDances wrote:bringmethathorizon wrote:Thank you Teresa, I can't believe I dropped the ball on this one. Maybe they can get back together for a winter tour through the south?

Re: Hollywood Vampires--All the latest news
Hi ! Hope I'm posting in the right place...But, I'm SOOOO EXCITED!!! Just purchased tickets to see the Hollywood Vampires in Fargo, North Dakota on July 18th!!! I live in Winnipeg (Canada) and it's a 3.5 hour drive and we are staying overnight. I can't believe I convinced hubby to go!
Anyway, just had to share it with you guys...I don't post much but I check in often for the latest Johnny news. I can't believe I'm gonna see him live- doing what he loves so much...playing in a band!!!! Wooooooo! Got great seats too in the section right beside the stage (I don't really care for floor seats) Just wish I could afford the meet and greet tickets!! (Yikes $$$)
Does any one know if Johnny hangs around after or before to sign autographs ? I don't really care about an autograph but would love to shake his hand...

Re: Hollywood Vampires--All the latest news
Saw the Vamps in Aurora last Thursday night – my first time ever seeing Johnny in person. Oh my. We were very close to the front, but way off to the left side, so our view of the screen and the back half of the stage was blocked. But when he did his shy bit at the end – running away from the introduction – he hid behind the massive sound equipment that was blocking our view, and right in front of us.
My pics are pretty poor quality so I probably won’t bother posting any, but if I can get the video clip of the School’s Out/Brick In the Wall mashup cleaned a bit, I’ll post that.
Johnny looked absolutely fantastic. Truly. Relaxed, smiling, interacting with the audience – waving & tossing picks, having a great time. It struck me how much more at ease he looked than he did in many of the early videos I saw of the band, or even other past videos of him playing. Last night he was just jamming, interacting, and having a good time with the other band members. He looked completely comfortable with his role in the band, and they with him. Smiles all around.
And the show was honestly great. Alice Cooper can still command a stage, and Joe Perry, well, he’s Joe Perry, guitar god. I could watch and listen to him play all night. Robert DeLeo killed on the bass, and it was great watching Bruce Witkin rock out. I couldn’t see Matt Sorum (drums) at all, but he certainly made his presence felt on “Ace of Spades”! The whole band was tight. Really, really doing justice to these rock anthems. And the original songs IMO, sounded WAY better live. Alice introduced “Bad as I Am” as a song dedicated to Johnny’s step father “who was… how can I put this…” and then Johnny grabbed the mic and said some things, but I couldn’t understand a word of it. (How can the greatest actor in the world not articulate? Come on Johnny, stop mumbling!) If anyone knows the gist of what he said, please post it.
At the end of the show as the band was leaving the stage the first time, someone threw a t-shirt on stage. Johnny picked it up, twirled it, and threw it over his shoulder in the most drop-dead sexual way. And he was wearing it when he came back minutes later for the encore. It said “Got Sauce?”
Oh yeah, Johnny's Got the Sauce.
Edit: I noticed emma just posted some pics of Johnny in the shirt on the pic thread. Thanks emma!

shayemimi That's wonderfull!
RamblinRebel thank you for your report How exciting you saw them. Seeing the clips from all the shows and from before, I realised last week Johnny is more and more comfortable on stage, I mentioned it in one of the threads.
