Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I think I’m going to be sick; see the second message, A Win For Heard: This means that the jurors can consider Adam's statements. "It's a win", means that it could be helpful to her. It does not mean that she won the case. "It's a win" is an expression that should not be taken literally, as Amber H...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I was thinking about Tracey Jacobs testimony. Tracey Jacobs said that she was getting complaints about Johnny being unprofessional on the set. She said that exec's were complaining to her that he was late all of the time. I was waiting for some horrible accusations. Nobody told Tracey Jacobs that Jo...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I think Bruce knows exactly why Johnny left him. And I think it relates to a deposition for TMG lawsuit timing wise. I think Bruce is retaliating in this deposition. He also threw out Joe Perry’s name without need which makes me think there is jealousy there. I agree that there was jealousy involve...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
The purpose of rebuttal is not to retry the case, it is to contradict the witnesses who might have damaged Johnny's case. They are not going to bring in a lot of witnesses and go off in a lot of different directions. Rebuttal is supposed to be short and focused. They have plenty of time for rebuttal...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
So I made a lame attempt to describe my own failed and confused experience of watching Josh Drew's deposition. After Josh and looking for some real recap and some hope, I watched too many different online experts and found nothing but a bunch of shell shocked folks. Which really seems off to me -- ...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Thank you Judymac for replying. I was not clear on my previous post I think....I meant to say that I do not understand AHs lawyers strategy. They let it all happen. But, what happened to Whitneys cross? They could have debunked her testimony about the stair case incident a million times? Isn't it t...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
Hello, I'm from Germany and this is the first time I've seen a court case from the hae USA. I have a question that is not specific to this case, but what are the next big steps after AH's witnesses have been examined until there is a judgement? After AH's (defendant) case concludes, the plaintiff (...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I think that the whole world is finding out that Elaine is not a very good lawyer. Camille took Elaine to school on redirect. But, Elaine is seeing the true side of her client. AH is a nightmare of a client. AH's lawyer's still have to try their best to represent her. It is their job. But AH is prov...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
The ex left the courtroom after some kind of uncomfortable issue with her lawyer and the ex's talk of AW in the UK court with the lawyer saying she had no more questions. Her lawyer did not look happy and seemed to be left speechless and confused so she shut down the testimony. The ex left for the ...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
AH has a very good memory when it comes to things that help her. It is amazing that she can recall details. She doesn't recall the details of anything that makes her look bad. That goes directly to her credibility. Also Nurse Debbie Lloyd, Travis McGivern and even Jack Depp lie to cover for Johnny. ...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
So AH made these promises, these pledges of money, but she has reneged, yet says that in her parlance she 'donated' the money in that the actual deed of turning over the money isn't the point, the point is that she said she turned over the money. And besides, it was conditional on her not being sue...

Re: The Lawsuits Thread
I think she gets aggressive, who wouldn't when someone on the stand tries to tell you the sky is green when it has been blue forever.... I like, that she asks the same question again and again. Unlike in the UK, where the QC was also accusatory but also asked these "isn't it right-questions" a lot ...
