Amber Heard filed her Notice of Appeal, not her appeal. What that means is that she notified the court that she plans to appeal. Kinda like she pledged to donate. I'm betting she doesn't find the money and then makes up an excuse: "See, because of this monster, I can't pay for my own appeal !" :D
