When Johnny Depp arrived in Japan on Saturday, May 12 to promote his latest film, Dark Shadows, he was greeted by quite a welcoming committee — hundreds of delighted and very vocal fans! According to Reuters, “Depp’s flight was originally scheduled to land early Saturday, but was delayed to later in the day by which time 700 fans had gathered to welcome him to the country and ask for an autograph in the process.” True to form, Johnny “took his time with fans,” Reuters reports, “spending nearly 30 minutes signing autographs, giving handshakes and in some cases even hugs.”
