Johnny Depp tapes appearance with David Letterman, signs autographs–new photos!

Johnny Depp arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater on West 52nd Street in New York City on Wednesday, October 26th to tape his appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. The interview will air on Thursday night, October 27th. Johnny wore a blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a brown striped vest, brown pants, and his familiar taupe fedora. Yes, that is security chief Jerry Judge accompanying Johnny into the theater.

After the taping, Johnny returned to sign autographs for well-wishers who were waiting on the street. Since it was after dark, his blue sunglasses were gone, and he had donned a blue jacket with brown leather trim. You can see Johnny signing autographs HERE. Fortunately there was no repeat of the pushing and shoving that marred The Rum Diary premiere at the Museum of Modern Art the night before, when Jerry had to hustle Johnny away from the crowd for his own safety.
