Johnny Depp and director Emir Kusturica arrived by helicopter at the village of Drvengrad in Mokra Gora national park, 200 km southwest of Belgrade, where Kusturica’s 3rd annual Kustendorf International Film and Music Festival will begin tomorrow. Picture-perfect and nestled high on a mountainside, Drvengrad was built in 2005 as a setting for Kusturica’s film Life Is A Miracle, and won the 2005 Philippe Rotthier European Architecture Award.
