“Now that’s an entrance!” Video of the first day of shooting on PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES

It was less than a year ago that cameras rolled for the first time on Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Now Disney has released some behind-the-scenes footage from that first day of filming — the gorgeous location, Honopu Beach on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, is inaccessible by road, so the cast and crew arrive by boat . . . with the exception of a certain pirate captain who arrives by helicopter! The Zone thanks Emma and Aida for breaking the news. Special thanks to Erin Kirkpatrick for sharing the video with the Zone.
