The witness, Johnny's security guard Travis, stated that Johnny called him over to the penthouse in the pre-dawn hours of March 23, 2015, and asked him to bring nurse Debbie, who'd been monitoring his finger surgery recovery. Amber was accusing Johnny of having an affair. Was the nurse called over to attest that she wasn't having an affair with Johnny or because Johnny needed medical care? :perplexed3: Anyway, Johnny's injured hand is in a cast. Amber threw and hit Johnny in the back with a can of Redbull, SPIT on him, and threw her purse at him, but Travis intercepted it before it could hit JD. Then she punched him in the eye. Amber was probably trying to bait Johnny into hitting her so she could charge him with dv and divorce him. She had already been entertaining Musk in the condos by then per building staff.

There is a tactic of abusers to accuse the other person of doing the things that the abuser is doing. She accuses Johnny of having an affair, when she is the one having affairs. She is seeing Elon Musk, James Franco and who knows who else. She accuses Johnny of physical violence when she was the one committing physical violence on him. Amber Heard is a master of manipulation.

I’ve read through Mr. McPherson’s new thread including Mr. McGivern’s draft statement. I agree with the assessment that all testimony given to date (including AH’s) indicates there was no physical violence on Johnny’s part. But AH does not state Johnny was physically violent, rather that it was his so-called “advancing” on her adult ”baby” sister, Whitney, at the top of the stairs that she uses to justify her punching Johnny in the eye. Since Mr. McGivern saw the punch (as well as the rest of AH’s disgusting tirade) and does not reference any life-threatening behavior on Johnny’s part leading up to AH’s assault or need for his professional intervention - and since we have no corroborating testimony from the “baby”sister - can we assume this is yet another hideous fabrication by the stellar liar-in-chief?

This was an event - one that ultimately resulted in yet more physical injury to Johnny - that AH has riddled with a scenario designed to garner both sympathy and support for whatever her reaction may have been. I think it might be extremely helpful to have eye-witness testimony specifically debunking AH’s “recollection” of the stairway portion of this incident. Or, am I just way off base here?

No, justintime, you're not off base at all. I think that's just what Johnny's team of legal council plan on doing when they go to trial. The plethora of witnesses agreeing to testify for Johnny, and now Mr. McGivern's significant account of the incident, is very helpful. After hearing all the testimonies, I can't imagine how anyone could not see that Amber Heard is guilty of a horrible hoax. What I want to see is Whitney giving her statement under oath. Knowing that she could face perjury charges, lying for her sister or misleading the court may not be an option.

He also testified under oath that he has NEVER witnessed Johnny use physical force on Amber in any way, and any time he did witness them arguing, Johnny assumed a passive tone and wanted to leave her presence.

^^Note--this quote is from the Link in PaulKemp's post, above.
~Joni

Oh, baby ... That's the totally wrong approach. People like Amber need to be told, that their behaviour are not acceptable. They see passivity and leaving as signs of weakness, and show no compassion whatsoever for the sweet, gentle souls of the world.
But I have been there and done the same - that is how I know, it doesn't work - and the woman bullying me didn't even use violence, just words. So I can fully understand, why he tried to defuse the situation or leave it all together

Meeps I am so sorry you had that experience. And I am sure you are right.

Of course we will never know everything that happened but we can piece some things together I think. Remember in the awful Rolling Stone interview Johnny said that one of his problems is that he thinks he can fix people. That comment has stayed with me through reading these court documents and I was particularly interested in the testimony which came out about when she pushed the door into his head. They were recorded talking about it - and I would love to actually hear the recording, but knowing his voice as we do, I think you get a good sense of the conversation. He was trying to reason with her I believe - make her confront her bad behaviour. It sounded to me like he was being patient and kind. And I wonder how many of those conversations they had, and she probably cried and said she was sorry and perhaps played all vulnerable.

I read the court documents so carefully and in her texts, there were a couple of comments where we didn't get to see everything she said (convenient screen shots) but which were really quite telling. On one she says something to the effect that - she doesn't want to put this on him, or doesn't want to keep feeling or doing this. I can't remember how she phrased it, but when I read it, sounded to me like she was saying she found it hard to live with her own behaviour. That may have been a moment of genuine reflection or another manipulation - but the fact is she felt the need to say it.

I don't believe Scamber on anything, but the whole scenario she described about Whitney and the stairs doesn't even make sense. If Whitney put herself between them, it would be because she thought Johnny wouldn't harm her. Johnny lunging at her, then, would be out of character. Also, how is Whitney standing at the top of the stairs while being between Scamber and JD?

Also, I'm a little amazed they were in the same house together so soon after the Australia incident. Obviously, he's entitled to be at his own condos and we saw how difficult it was to root Scamber and her band of grifters out after the divorce, but I thought he was recovering at the Sweetzer house under the watch of his sister (and the nurse) prior to returning to the Pirates set in April. There was even a story that Disney execs paid a visit to that house to see how he was progressing. And she was filming overseas? Maybe he was only at the condo for a short visit? I do remember a comment attributed to Johnny that the marriage was pretty much over after they married. We can see that was accurate given the Musk visits and Scamber's increasing violence and arrogance.

Yes, so sorry, Joni and the rest of you sweet people. I should have mentioned, where I got the quote from

Thanks a billion for the sweet words, Ade :airkiss2:

I 'talked' about this with a friend, and she wrote back, that while my friend D. and Amber in some ways behaved the same, both my friend writing that and I think, that D. meant/means well, just thought that pushing, and prodding, and frankly bullying would help me change and so in her eyes improve my life. Whereas Amber was more out to get into situations, where she could provoke Johnny to use violence against her, so Amber could 'hit pay dirt' ...
So while it helped me, that I clearly said "Enough!" (or something similar) to D. that might not have helped Johnny after all. Amber would just have gone on, like he hadn't spoken, or changed tack :mad2:
I can relate to Johnny's wish to 'fix people'. I also hoped, that if I stayed meek and gentle D. would realise, that her behaviour wasn't the right one and stop it - so I did sort of try to fixed her by showing her another way to be a good friend. But now I think, that neither D. nor Amber sees gentleness and sweet behaviour as something to cherish. Instead they see it as weakness, which at least in Amber's case she exploited all she could

Again, more evidence that Amber Heard worked to circumnavigate the law.
This email is from 2013, well before Australia's Doggie-gate incident where she lied about being it was her first time and unaware of their Homeland Security laws.

Thanks to That BrianFella.

Another example of her crookedness. That woman is a grifter. Laws? They don't apply to her. She doesn't care about violating Australia's laws which were created to protect their own animals. She'll ask anyone to bend the rules for her (the staff), perjure themselves for her (her friends), and she doesn't care who gets hurt (always Johnny). She's sold her soul, and hasn't a shred of integrity. In other words, she's perfect for Hollywood.

TRIAL set for February 2020!

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Going to Trial in Defamation Case

by Daniel Goldblatt

June 27, 2019 at 15:37 pm UTC / Last Updated at Jun 27, 2019 at 15:38 pm UTC

"Johnny Depp's lawsuit against Amber Heard is not going away any time soon after a judge set a date for the former couple to go to trial.

On Thursday morning, a Virginia judge set a trial date for February 3, 2020. The judge estimates the trial will last 12 days.

A hearing on Heard's motion to dismiss the case is scheduled for tomorrow.

As The Blast first reported, Johnny Depp sued Heard for defamation over an op-ed Heard wrote last year where she referred to herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.”

In his lawsuit, Depp takes issue with an article Heard wrote for the Washington Post in December 2018, in which she referred to herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.”

Although Johnny Depp was not named, he claims the entire article “depends on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.”

He claims that Heard’s abuse allegations were “conclusively refuted by two separate responding police officers, a litany of neutral third-party witnesses, and 87 newly obtained surveillance camera videos.”

Depp is suing for defamation and asking for damages in excess of $50,000,000."

I read the court notice that Fridays are "motions" days, but doesn't it make more sense for the court to decide on her motion to dismiss before the judge sets a trial date? Or maybe her request is not complete dismissal but just dismissal from VA to CA?

:please: for Feb 2020 trial in Virginia, but that's a long time for this to be looming over Johnny's career unresolved.

Courts just schedule trial dates. The court calendar fills up very quick so dates are always scheduled months in advance. This doesn’t really mean much. The case could settle, be dismissed or any other array of things could arise in the meantime.

Also motion days just mean that Friday’s are the only dates the courts will hear any type of motion. Courts have set days for everything.

Poor Johnny! His injured finger looked awful. His hand looked like he had dirty pirate make up on.
