Here’s a reason to tune in early for the big football game on Sunday afternoon: Disney’s The Lone Ranger is sponsoring a half-hour of the Super Bowl pre-game coverage on CBS, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. EST, on Sunday February 3rd. This represents a considerable investment for the studio and certainly shows a high level of confidence in the excellence of the film. Hopefully we’ll see a new trailer or some new footage on Sunday.
