The first official poster for Bruce Robinson’s film of The Rum Diary has been released by GK Films, and its design is original, powerful, witty, whimsical, and slightly decadent . . . as befits a film inspired by a novel by Hunter S. Thompson. The text reads, “One part outrage. One part justice. Three parts rum. Mix well.” And the words of the title are spelled out in miniature bottles of alcohol.
