As part of the promotion for the upcoming release of Disney’s The Lone Ranger, Johnny Depp will appear as a guest on CBS’s The Late Show with David Letterman on Thursday, June 27, 2013. Also appearing on the program that night will be comedian Adam Newman and musical guest Dawes, promoting their new album “Stories Don’t End.”
New York area residents who might be planning to wait outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre in hopes of seeing Johnny should be advised that the taping will not take place on Thursday the 27th: The Late Show is taping only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week.
