TIM BURTON’S CORPSE BRIDE, featuring the voices of Johnny Depp as the bumbling bridegroom Victor Van Dort and Helena Bonham Carter as the blushing but slightly deceased Corpse Bride, earned more than $10 million at the North American box office this weekend. The bittersweet romance placed third in the box-office derby in its third week of release, and finished only a whisker behind the second-place finisher, new release SERENITY.
